【摘要】：馬克思主義政治經(jīng)濟(jì)學(xué)和西方經(jīng)濟(jì)學(xué)的區(qū)別,是包容性較大的理論和局限性較大的理論之間的區(qū)別。把創(chuàng)新驅(qū)動理論建立在馬克思主義政治經(jīng)濟(jì)學(xué)的基礎(chǔ)上,既可以包容西方經(jīng)濟(jì)學(xué)中一切有用成果為我所用,又可以揭示資本主義市場經(jīng)濟(jì)的局限性,充分研究最廣大人民群眾不同于物的特點(diǎn)。創(chuàng)新驅(qū)動能力的大小不僅要由人力投資的數(shù)量決定,而且要由人們?nèi)绾问褂盟鼈兊膭趧觼頉Q定,包括人的教育學(xué)習(xí)實(shí)踐、勞動工作實(shí)踐和創(chuàng)新驅(qū)動實(shí)踐。在鼓勵創(chuàng)業(yè)的同時還需要鼓勵創(chuàng)業(yè)企業(yè)多做創(chuàng)業(yè)型創(chuàng)新驅(qū)動以推動科技創(chuàng)新,推動新發(fā)明、新產(chǎn)品、新市場、新組織的出現(xiàn),從而推動轉(zhuǎn)變經(jīng)濟(jì)發(fā)展方式。國家的經(jīng)濟(jì)發(fā)展,既需要有人在創(chuàng)業(yè)活動中從事創(chuàng)新驅(qū)動,也需要有人在就業(yè)活動中從事創(chuàng)新驅(qū)動。企業(yè)對從事創(chuàng)新驅(qū)動的就業(yè)者給以勞動成果回歸性報(bào)酬,會極大地激發(fā)就業(yè)者的創(chuàng)新熱情,這對企業(yè)和社會生產(chǎn)力的提高,以及企業(yè)自己的長遠(yuǎn)利益,都會產(chǎn)生積極的影響。社會各階層人民都是創(chuàng)新驅(qū)動的主體,經(jīng)濟(jì)的持續(xù)健康發(fā)展必須依靠全社會各階層人民發(fā)揮出不同類型的創(chuàng)新驅(qū)動,結(jié)成動力組合,相互補(bǔ)充、相互支持,共同努力來實(shí)現(xiàn)。
[Abstract]:The difference between Marxist political economy and Western economics is the difference between inclusive theory and limited theory. It can not only contain all useful achievements in western economics, but also reveal the limitations of capitalist market economy. The full study of the characteristics of the vast majority of the people is different from that of the material. The ability to drive innovation is determined not only by the quantity of human investment, but also by how people use their labour, including their educational and learning practices. Labor work practice and innovation-driven practice. While encouraging entrepreneurship, we also need to encourage entrepreneurial enterprises to do more entrepreneurial innovation to promote scientific and technological innovation, promote new inventions, new products, new markets, new organizations, In order to promote the transformation of the mode of economic development, the economic development of the country requires that people engage in innovation-driven activities in entrepreneurial activities. There is also a need for some people to engage in innovation-driven activities in employment activities. Firms that give those who engage in innovation-driven employment a return reward for their labor results will greatly stimulate their enthusiasm for innovation, which will increase the productivity of enterprises and society. And the long-term interests of the enterprises themselves will have a positive impact. The people of all social strata are the main bodies driven by innovation, and the sustained and healthy development of the economy must rely on the people of all social strata to play different types of innovation-driven. Form a dynamic combination, complement each other, support each other, and work together to achieve it.
