【摘要】：本文從居民消費(fèi)角度出發(fā),采用碳排放系數(shù)法和投入產(chǎn)出法對(duì)廣東省2000~2014年居民生活消費(fèi)直接、間接CO_2排放量進(jìn)行了測(cè)算。隨后,運(yùn)用Tapio脫鉤模型探究了廣東省居民生活消費(fèi)CO_2排放水平與居民收入水平之間的短期動(dòng)態(tài)關(guān)系。結(jié)果顯示,近年來(lái)廣東省居民生活消費(fèi)CO_2排放實(shí)現(xiàn)了與居民可支配收入的脫鉤發(fā)展。這意味著,廣東省居民生活消費(fèi)CO_2的減排不會(huì)對(duì)居民可支配收入水平造成嚴(yán)重的影響,只要找到減排的切入點(diǎn),運(yùn)用合理的減排方法,就可以在保證居民生活水平穩(wěn)步提高的同時(shí)實(shí)現(xiàn)廣東省居民生活消費(fèi)CO_2的減排目標(biāo),進(jìn)而實(shí)現(xiàn)經(jīng)濟(jì)和社會(huì)的可持續(xù)發(fā)展。
[Abstract]:In this paper, the direct and indirect CO_2 emissions of residents from 2000 to 2014 in Guangdong Province are measured by means of carbon emission coefficient method and input-output method. Using the Tapio decoupling model, this paper explores the short-term dynamic relationship between the CO_2 emission level of residents' living consumption and the residents' income level in Guangdong Province. In recent years, residents of Guangdong Province have achieved a decoupling development of their CO_2 emissions from their disposable income. This means that the reduction of CO_2 emissions from residents' living consumption in Guangdong Province will not have a serious impact on the level of residents' disposable income. As long as the cutting point of emission reduction is found and the reasonable emission reduction method is used, the CO_2 emission reduction target of Guangdong residents' living consumption can be achieved while ensuring the steady improvement of residents' living standard, and then the sustainable development of economy and society can be realized.
