【摘要】：我國(guó)的經(jīng)濟(jì)發(fā)展從改革開(kāi)放初期起急速增長(zhǎng),市場(chǎng)也有著急速的轉(zhuǎn)型,與此同時(shí)人們的價(jià)值觀也迅速成長(zhǎng),在這一時(shí)期,中央商務(wù)區(qū)(CBD)的概念傳入我國(guó)。隨著時(shí)間的流轉(zhuǎn),中央商務(wù)區(qū)的發(fā)展概念也越來(lái)越被人們所接受。尤其是對(duì)于城市規(guī)劃師們來(lái)說(shuō),CBD可作為一種城市發(fā)展的戰(zhàn)略方式用于城市規(guī)劃中。到本世紀(jì)初,以北上廣深為代表的北京朝陽(yáng)、上海浦東、廣州珠江新城、深圳福田四座城市的CBD建設(shè)都取得了令人稱贊的成效。這些一線城市CBD的發(fā)展成果讓我國(guó)二線城市紛紛加大對(duì)自身CBD建設(shè)的熱情,近年來(lái)諸如天津、南京、重慶、武漢、杭州等二線城市都開(kāi)發(fā)了自身的CBD建設(shè)。通過(guò)國(guó)內(nèi)外學(xué)者們多年的分析研究,一致認(rèn)同產(chǎn)業(yè)集聚是CBD的發(fā)展核心。因此,在本篇文章中,通過(guò)對(duì)影響產(chǎn)業(yè)集聚的因素及CBD建設(shè)中的主要產(chǎn)業(yè)集聚類型進(jìn)行研究與分析,對(duì)照相應(yīng)的建設(shè)理論與實(shí)踐材料,對(duì)產(chǎn)業(yè)集聚的形成與發(fā)展,政府的作用等進(jìn)行分析,為武漢王家墩CBD的產(chǎn)業(yè)集聚提供充足的理論依據(jù)。此外,還將對(duì)比國(guó)內(nèi)知名CBD與新成立CDB中各自產(chǎn)業(yè)集聚的數(shù)據(jù),結(jié)合武漢王家墩中央商務(wù)區(qū)的發(fā)展現(xiàn)狀,分析其優(yōu)劣勢(shì)所在,為武漢王家墩CBD的產(chǎn)業(yè)集聚提供可實(shí)施的建議。
[Abstract]:The economic development of our country has grown rapidly since the beginning of reform and opening up, and the market has also undergone a rapid transformation. At the same time, people's values have also grown rapidly. During this period, the concept of the Central Business District (CBD) was introduced into our country. With the passage of time, The concept of central business district development is becoming more and more accepted, especially for urban planners. CBD can be used in urban planning as a strategic way of urban development. The construction of CBD in Shanghai Pudong, Guangzhou Pearl River New City and Shenzhen Futian has all achieved laudable results. The development of these first-tier cities, CBD, has led China's second-tier cities to increase their enthusiasm for the construction of their own CBD, such as Tianjin in recent years. Nanjing, Chongqing, Wuhan, Hangzhou and other second-tier cities have developed their own CBD construction. Through years of analysis and research by domestic and foreign scholars, it is agreed that industrial agglomeration is the core of the development of CBD. Based on the research and analysis of the factors affecting industrial agglomeration and the main types of industrial agglomeration in the construction of CBD, the formation and development of industrial agglomeration and the role of the government are analyzed in comparison with the corresponding construction theory and practice materials. It will provide sufficient theoretical basis for the industrial agglomeration of Wuhan Wangjiadun CBD. In addition, it will compare the data of the domestic famous CBD and the newly established CDB, and analyze the advantages and disadvantages of the Wuhan Wangjiadun Central Business District, combining with the development situation of Wuhan Wangjiadun Central Business District. For Wuhan Wangjiadun CBD industrial agglomeration to provide practical recommendations.
