【摘要】：作為當(dāng)今時(shí)代兩個(gè)重要的社會(huì)主義國(guó)家,越南古巴都在社會(huì)主義理論指導(dǎo)下堅(jiān)持和發(fā)展社會(huì)主義,兩國(guó)改革開放以來(lái)的經(jīng)濟(jì)建設(shè)也取得了較大成就并受到全世界的關(guān)注。就目前學(xué)術(shù)界的研究來(lái)看,學(xué)者對(duì)越南古巴經(jīng)濟(jì)發(fā)展的單獨(dú)研究較多,但對(duì)兩國(guó)經(jīng)濟(jì)發(fā)展的理論與實(shí)踐的比較研究較少。本文通過(guò)回顧越南古巴兩國(guó)經(jīng)濟(jì)發(fā)展理論與實(shí)踐的歷史與現(xiàn)狀,分析傳統(tǒng)社會(huì)主義模式、中國(guó)特色社會(huì)主義理論與實(shí)踐及國(guó)際形勢(shì)變化等因素對(duì)越南古巴經(jīng)濟(jì)發(fā)展的影響,重點(diǎn)剖析了兩國(guó)經(jīng)濟(jì)發(fā)展在物質(zhì)基礎(chǔ)、生產(chǎn)資料所有制、分配制度、國(guó)有企業(yè)的改革、黨的奮斗目標(biāo)及對(duì)外開放政策等方面的共同點(diǎn),在區(qū)域環(huán)境方面、土地所有制方面、經(jīng)濟(jì)體制改革方面及產(chǎn)業(yè)結(jié)構(gòu)方面的差異,總結(jié)了兩國(guó)經(jīng)濟(jì)發(fā)展中取得的成就及面臨的困境。對(duì)越南古巴經(jīng)濟(jì)發(fā)展的理論與實(shí)踐進(jìn)行梳理、歸納、比較,由個(gè)性到共性,運(yùn)用矛盾分析法中普遍性與特殊性的辯證關(guān)系原理,分析社會(huì)主義國(guó)家經(jīng)濟(jì)建設(shè)的一般經(jīng)驗(yàn),旨在為社會(huì)主義國(guó)家及發(fā)展中國(guó)家經(jīng)濟(jì)建設(shè)提供可借鑒的寶貴經(jīng)驗(yàn),同時(shí)也豐富和發(fā)展了科學(xué)社會(huì)主義的理論與實(shí)踐,更堅(jiān)定了社會(huì)主義國(guó)家在未來(lái)國(guó)際社會(huì)中迎接挑戰(zhàn)、走向新輝煌的信念。
[Abstract]:As two important socialist countries of the present age, both Vietnam and Cuba adhere to and develop socialism under the guidance of socialist theory. The economic construction of the two countries since the reform and opening up has also made great achievements and attracted worldwide attention. From the point of view of the current academic research, scholars have studied the economic development of Vietnam and Cuba separately. However, there are few comparative studies on the theory and practice of economic development between the two countries. By reviewing the history and present situation of the theory and practice of economic development in Vietnam and Cuba, this paper analyzes the traditional socialist model. The influence of the theory and practice of socialism with Chinese characteristics and the changes in the international situation on the economic development of Vietnam and Cuba is analyzed in detail. The economic development of the two countries is based on the material basis, the ownership of means of production, the distribution system, and the reform of state-owned enterprises. The common ground of the Party's objectives and policies of opening to the outside world, the differences in regional environment, land ownership, economic system reform and industrial structure, This paper summarizes the achievements and difficulties in the economic development of the two countries, combs the theory and practice of the economic development of Vietnam and Cuba, sums up and compares, from individuality to commonality, By using the dialectical relation principle of universality and particularity in the analysis of contradictions, this paper analyzes the general experience of the economic construction of socialist countries in order to provide valuable experience for the economic construction of socialist countries and developing countries. At the same time, it enriches and develops the theory and practice of scientific socialism.
