【摘要】：中國特色社會(huì)主義政治經(jīng)濟(jì)學(xué)保持長盛不衰的生命力必須具備的兩個(gè)基本要素:一是與時(shí)代發(fā)展相同步;二是隨實(shí)踐進(jìn)步而創(chuàng)新。時(shí)代變化的重要特征是資本主義和社會(huì)主義兩大制度并存既競(jìng)爭(zhēng)又合作共同發(fā)展,中國特色社會(huì)主義政治經(jīng)濟(jì)學(xué)不僅要回答中國發(fā)展的現(xiàn)實(shí)問題,也要回答世界發(fā)展的基本問題。中國特色社會(huì)主義市場(chǎng)經(jīng)濟(jì)理論一是要解決社會(huì)主義和市場(chǎng)經(jīng)濟(jì)結(jié)合的理論,二是要從具體制度層次上解決社會(huì)主義基本制度和市場(chǎng)經(jīng)濟(jì)運(yùn)行的優(yōu)勢(shì)都能夠得到充分發(fā)揮。社會(huì)主義基本經(jīng)濟(jì)制度在宏觀領(lǐng)域是混合所有制經(jīng)濟(jì)性質(zhì),在微觀領(lǐng)域也要體現(xiàn)這一制度特征,公有制的主體地位表現(xiàn)為混合所有制經(jīng)濟(jì)中公有資本的控股或支配地位。
[Abstract]:The political economy with Chinese characteristics must possess two basic elements: one is to keep pace with the development of the times; The other is to innovate with the progress of practice. The important characteristic of the change of the times is the coexistence of capitalism and socialism as well as the co-development of both competition and cooperation. The political economy of socialism with Chinese characteristics should not only answer the realistic question of China's development. The theory of socialist market economy with Chinese characteristics is to solve the theory of the combination of socialism and market economy. Second, it is necessary to solve the advantages of the socialist basic system and the operation of the market economy from the specific system level, and the socialist basic economic system is of the nature of mixed ownership economy in the macroscopical field. The dominant position of public ownership is the holding or dominating position of public capital in mixed ownership economy.
