【摘要】：正7月18日,中共中央、國(guó)務(wù)院印發(fā)《關(guān)于深化投融資體制改革的意見(jiàn)》。意見(jiàn)提出,進(jìn)一步轉(zhuǎn)變政府職能,深入推進(jìn)簡(jiǎn)政放權(quán)、放管結(jié)合、優(yōu)化服務(wù)改革,建立完善企業(yè)自主決策、融資渠道暢通,職能轉(zhuǎn)變到位、政府行為規(guī)范,宏觀調(diào)控有效、法治保障健全的新型投融資體制。意見(jiàn)明確了深化投融資體制改革的重點(diǎn)工作:一是改善企業(yè)投資管理,充分激發(fā)社會(huì)投資動(dòng)力和活力。二是完善政府投資體制,發(fā)揮好政府投資的引導(dǎo)和帶動(dòng)作用。三是創(chuàng)
