【摘要】：對(duì)外直接投資作為最有效的“走出去”方式,在產(chǎn)業(yè)結(jié)構(gòu)調(diào)整中將發(fā)揮越來(lái)越重要的作用。企業(yè)通過(guò)對(duì)外直接投資,可以有效解決我國(guó)產(chǎn)業(yè)升級(jí)過(guò)程中面臨的傳統(tǒng)優(yōu)化方式效率低、優(yōu)化途徑單一等問(wèn)題。因此,跟蹤研究我國(guó)對(duì)外直接投資對(duì)產(chǎn)業(yè)升級(jí)的影響作用具有重要的現(xiàn)實(shí)意義。論文以對(duì)外直接投資對(duì)我國(guó)產(chǎn)業(yè)升級(jí)影響為研究主線,其主要研究?jī)?nèi)容:一是從產(chǎn)業(yè)結(jié)構(gòu)、行業(yè)結(jié)構(gòu)、地域結(jié)構(gòu)和主體結(jié)構(gòu)等層面對(duì)我國(guó)對(duì)外直接投資與產(chǎn)業(yè)結(jié)構(gòu)關(guān)系進(jìn)行分析;二是從市場(chǎng)導(dǎo)向、資源導(dǎo)向、技術(shù)導(dǎo)向和戰(zhàn)略資產(chǎn)導(dǎo)向等方面對(duì)我國(guó)對(duì)外直接投資對(duì)產(chǎn)業(yè)升級(jí)影響機(jī)理進(jìn)行分析,并運(yùn)用案例加以論述;三是定量分析我國(guó)對(duì)外直接投資對(duì)產(chǎn)業(yè)升級(jí)影響,并得出我國(guó)對(duì)外直接投資規(guī)模擴(kuò)大會(huì)提升第三產(chǎn)業(yè)占比;四是從制定和完善對(duì)外直接投資的政策法規(guī),加強(qiáng)供給側(cè)改革力度,提升我國(guó)制造業(yè)產(chǎn)品質(zhì)量,推進(jìn)企業(yè)管理體制改革,加大外貿(mào)型人才培養(yǎng)力度,把握“一帶一路”戰(zhàn)略機(jī)遇,進(jìn)行政策引致性投資等方面提出利用對(duì)外直接投資促進(jìn)產(chǎn)業(yè)升級(jí)的對(duì)策建議。
[Abstract]:As the most effective "going out" mode, foreign direct investment (FDI) will play an increasingly important role in the adjustment of industrial structure. It can effectively solve the problems in the process of industrial upgrading in China, such as low efficiency of traditional optimization methods, single optimization approach, and so on. It is of great practical significance to track and study the impact of FDI on industrial upgrading. This paper focuses on the impact of FDI on industrial upgrading in China. The main research contents are as follows: firstly, the relationship between FDI and industrial structure is analyzed from the aspects of industrial structure, industry structure, regional structure and main body structure. The second is to analyze the influence mechanism of China's foreign direct investment on industrial upgrading from the aspects of market orientation, resource orientation, technology orientation and strategic asset orientation. Third, quantitative analysis of the impact of China's foreign direct investment on industrial upgrading, and draw a conclusion that the expansion of China's foreign direct investment scale will enhance the proportion of tertiary industry; Fourth, from the formulation and improvement of foreign direct investment policies and regulations, strengthen supply-side reform, improve the quality of our manufacturing products, promote the reform of enterprise management system, and increase the strength of foreign trade talent training. Grasping the strategic opportunity of "Belt and Road" and carrying out policy-induced investment, this paper puts forward some countermeasures and suggestions on how to promote industrial upgrading by using foreign direct investment (OFDI).
