【摘要】：隨著經(jīng)濟全球化的發(fā)展，對外貿(mào)易、外商直接投資與經(jīng)濟增長問題越來越受到廣大學術(shù)界和政府部門所關(guān)注的熱點問題，特別是對外貿(mào)易、外商直接投資與經(jīng)濟增長之間的關(guān)系成為了當前學術(shù)界研究的前沿問題。隨著經(jīng)濟全球化和區(qū)域經(jīng)濟集群化的發(fā)展，對外貿(mào)易與外商直接投資成為了加強國際經(jīng)濟交往，，加強國際分工的重要經(jīng)濟活動。因此，外商直接投資的流入與對外貿(mào)易在不斷擴大的同時，對加快國家、地區(qū)經(jīng)濟增長起到了重要的影響。發(fā)展中國家往往積極發(fā)展外向型經(jīng)濟，擴大對外貿(mào)易，由此帶來的外商直接投資能有力地促進經(jīng)濟增長和提高國家的資本流動、彌補國內(nèi)資金的不足，吸收外資帶來新的技術(shù)管理經(jīng)驗。 越南1986年革新開放，政府積極融入世界經(jīng)濟體系以及部署好迎合經(jīng)濟全球化的大趨勢，自革新開放以來，國家致力發(fā)展對外貿(mào)易、不斷加大吸引外商的投資，積極推行外向型經(jīng)濟模式。經(jīng)過數(shù)十年的努力，目前，越南已成為了亞洲最具優(yōu)勢的外商直接投資目的國之一，投資國別日益豐富，投資產(chǎn)業(yè)日益多樣化。因此，研究對外貿(mào)易、外商直接投資與經(jīng)濟增長之間的關(guān)系，有利于在新形勢下實現(xiàn)對外開放與經(jīng)濟增長的良性互動，具有重要的理論價值和現(xiàn)實意義。 在不同的經(jīng)濟條件下，對外貿(mào)易和外商直接投資對經(jīng)濟增長的促進作用也有所不同。本文系統(tǒng)的闡述了越南對外貿(mào)易、外商直接投資與經(jīng)濟增長的研究現(xiàn)狀及其問題所存在的問題，基于對外貿(mào)易、外商直接投資與經(jīng)濟增長的相關(guān)文獻述評的基礎(chǔ)上，介紹了越南對外貿(mào)易、外商直接投資與經(jīng)濟增長的發(fā)展現(xiàn)狀，利用1991——2012年時間序列數(shù)據(jù)分析越南對外貿(mào)易、外商直接投資與經(jīng)濟效應，采用理論分析與實證研究相結(jié)合，建立計量經(jīng)濟模型的方法。并基于單證檢驗、協(xié)整檢驗和格蘭杰因果檢驗對越南對外貿(mào)易、外商直接投資與經(jīng)濟增長的相關(guān)數(shù)據(jù)進行實證分析，具有一定的理論價值和現(xiàn)實意義。實證結(jié)果顯示，越南對外貿(mào)易、外商直接投資與經(jīng)濟增長之間呈現(xiàn)正相關(guān)關(guān)系；對外貿(mào)易與外商直接投資對越南經(jīng)濟增長具有明顯的推動作用。最后根據(jù)實證分析得出的相關(guān)結(jié)果，提出相應的建議和對策，對越南對外貿(mào)易的改善及利用外商直接投資促進經(jīng)濟增長的發(fā)展戰(zhàn)略。
[Abstract]:With the development of economic globalization, foreign trade, foreign direct investment and economic growth are more and more concerned by the academic community and government departments, especially foreign trade. The relationship between foreign direct investment (FDI) and economic growth has become the frontier of academic research. With the development of economic globalization and regional economic cluster. Foreign trade and foreign direct investment have become important economic activities to strengthen international economic exchanges and strengthen international division of labor. Regional economic growth has played an important role. Developing countries often actively develop export-oriented economies and expand foreign trade. The resulting foreign direct investment can promote economic growth and improve the capital flow of the country, make up for the shortage of domestic capital, and absorb foreign capital to bring new technological management experience. In 1986, Vietnam innovated and opened, the government actively integrated into the world economic system and arranged to meet the general trend of economic globalization. Since the reform and opening up, the country has devoted itself to the development of foreign trade. Through decades of efforts, Vietnam has become one of the most advantageous foreign direct investment destination countries in Asia, with increasingly rich investment countries. Therefore, the study of the relationship between foreign trade, foreign direct investment and economic growth is conducive to realizing the positive interaction between opening up and economic growth in the new situation. It has important theoretical value and practical significance. Under different economic conditions, foreign trade and foreign direct investment (FDI) have different effects on economic growth. Foreign direct investment and economic growth research status and existing problems, based on foreign trade, foreign direct investment and economic growth on the basis of literature review, introduced Vietnam's foreign trade. The present situation of foreign direct investment and economic growth, using the time series data from 1991 to 2012 to analyze Vietnam's foreign trade, foreign direct investment and economic effects. Using the combination of theoretical analysis and empirical research, this paper establishes the method of econometric model, and based on document test, cointegration test and Granger causality test to Vietnam's foreign trade. The empirical analysis of foreign direct investment and economic growth data has certain theoretical value and practical significance. The empirical results show that Vietnam's foreign trade. There is a positive correlation between FDI and economic growth. Foreign trade and foreign direct investment (FDI) play a significant role in promoting Vietnam's economic growth. Finally, according to the empirical analysis of the relevant results, the corresponding suggestions and countermeasures are put forward. The improvement of Vietnam's foreign trade and the development strategy of using foreign direct investment to promote economic growth.
