【摘要】：國(guó)際貿(mào)易與國(guó)際直接投資作為國(guó)家間至關(guān)重要的經(jīng)濟(jì)往來(lái)手段,在國(guó)與國(guó)的經(jīng)濟(jì)聯(lián)系中發(fā)揮著不容小覷的作用。隨著經(jīng)濟(jì)全球化的發(fā)展,大型跨國(guó)公司的誕生,國(guó)際直接投資也日漸發(fā)揮出更為重要的作用。經(jīng)濟(jì)全球化的進(jìn)一步發(fā)展,催生出越來(lái)越多的跨國(guó)公司,國(guó)際直接投資的關(guān)鍵效用也日漸凸顯。我國(guó)從上世紀(jì)七十年代推行改革開(kāi)放以來(lái),經(jīng)濟(jì)保持了健康高速的發(fā)展,綜合國(guó)力大幅提升,與之前更加重視“引進(jìn)來(lái)”的經(jīng)貿(mào)政策相比,越來(lái)越重視“走出去”。積極發(fā)展對(duì)外直接投資對(duì)我國(guó)經(jīng)濟(jì)健康發(fā)展具有重要的戰(zhàn)略意義�！耙粠б宦贰睉�(zhàn)略所倡導(dǎo)的化解國(guó)內(nèi)產(chǎn)能過(guò)剩、促進(jìn)中國(guó)企業(yè)“走出去”,對(duì)于促進(jìn)經(jīng)濟(jì)發(fā)展方式改變與產(chǎn)業(yè)結(jié)構(gòu)轉(zhuǎn)型,拓展中國(guó)經(jīng)濟(jì)發(fā)展空間、保障國(guó)內(nèi)經(jīng)濟(jì)持續(xù)健康發(fā)展、解決中國(guó)區(qū)域經(jīng)濟(jì)發(fā)展不均衡問(wèn)題具有重要意義。緬甸具有優(yōu)越的地理位置,地處南亞、東南亞的交匯點(diǎn),從中國(guó)通過(guò)陸路進(jìn)入印度洋,緬甸便是最優(yōu)選擇�！耙粠б宦贰敝刑岬降摹�21世界海上絲綢之路”與“絲綢之路經(jīng)濟(jì)帶”的兩大方向的關(guān)節(jié)點(diǎn)也恰恰是緬甸所處的位置。并且除了地理方面的優(yōu)勢(shì)外,緬甸也擁有豐富的水電、礦產(chǎn)、燃?xì)獾戎匾馁Y源以及勞動(dòng)力方面的優(yōu)勢(shì),從資源稟賦與產(chǎn)業(yè)結(jié)構(gòu)方面來(lái)看,中緬兩國(guó)互補(bǔ)性很強(qiáng)。大力發(fā)展同緬甸的經(jīng)貿(mào)投資關(guān)系,對(duì)于促進(jìn)我國(guó)經(jīng)濟(jì)發(fā)展與鞏固我國(guó)東南亞戰(zhàn)略安全有著非同一般的意義。傳統(tǒng)的國(guó)際投資理論認(rèn)為,一國(guó)對(duì)另一國(guó)的對(duì)外直接投資會(huì)對(duì)兩國(guó)間的進(jìn)出口貿(mào)易產(chǎn)生影響。本文結(jié)合中緬兩國(guó)經(jīng)貿(mào)關(guān)系的事實(shí),首先對(duì)中國(guó)對(duì)緬甸直接投資的現(xiàn)狀、結(jié)構(gòu)以及存在的風(fēng)險(xiǎn)進(jìn)行了詳細(xì)的分析,而后對(duì)中國(guó)與緬甸雙邊貿(mào)易的現(xiàn)狀、結(jié)構(gòu)以及存在的問(wèn)題進(jìn)行了仔細(xì)的研究。然后將直接投資與雙邊貿(mào)易的數(shù)據(jù)相結(jié)合通過(guò)實(shí)證檢驗(yàn)的方法來(lái)分析中國(guó)對(duì)緬甸直接投資對(duì)貿(mào)易在長(zhǎng)期以及短期中所發(fā)揮出的效用。通過(guò)實(shí)證檢驗(yàn)結(jié)果可以看出,從長(zhǎng)期來(lái)看中國(guó)對(duì)緬甸的直接投資對(duì)于中緬雙邊貿(mào)易起到促進(jìn)性的作用。在文章的最后,按照國(guó)別從緬甸宏觀(guān)的角度以及中國(guó)宏觀(guān)、微觀(guān)角度針對(duì)中國(guó)對(duì)緬甸直接投資提出具有針對(duì)性的建議與對(duì)策。希望能夠更好地促進(jìn)中國(guó)對(duì)緬甸的直接投資,并且在此基礎(chǔ)上推進(jìn)中緬雙邊貿(mào)易健康、協(xié)調(diào)、可持續(xù)地發(fā)展。
[Abstract]:International trade and international direct investment (FDI), as the most important means of economic communication between countries, play an important role in the economic relations between countries. With the development of economic globalization, the birth of large transnational corporations. With the further development of economic globalization, more and more multinational corporations are born. Since the implementation of reform and opening up in -30s, China's economy has maintained a healthy and high-speed development, and the overall national strength has been greatly improved. Compared with the previous economic and trade policy of "bringing in" more attention. More and more attention has been paid to "going out" and active development of foreign direct investment is of strategic significance to the healthy development of our economy. The "Belt and Road" strategy advocates the solution of overcapacity in China. Promoting the "going out" of Chinese enterprises will promote the transformation of economic development mode and industrial structure, expand the space for China's economic development, and ensure the sustained and healthy development of the domestic economy. It is of great significance to solve the problem of uneven regional economic development in China. Myanmar has a superior geographical position and is located at the intersection of South Asia and Southeast Asia, from China to the Indian Ocean by land. Myanmar is the best choice. The "21st Maritime Silk Road" and the "Silk Road Economic Belt" referred to in "Belt and Road" The two main directions of Burma are precisely where Myanmar is located. And in addition to geographical advantages. Myanmar also has a wealth of hydropower, minerals, gas and other important resources as well as labor advantages, from the perspective of resource endowment and industrial structure. China and Myanmar are highly complementary. It is of great significance to promote China's economic development and consolidate China's strategic security in Southeast Asia by vigorously developing economic and trade investment relations with Myanmar, according to the traditional international investment theory. Foreign direct investment from one country to another will have an impact on the import and export trade between the two countries. This paper combines the facts of the economic and trade relations between China and Myanmar, first of all, the current situation of China's direct investment in Myanmar. The structure and the existing risks are analyzed in detail, and then the current situation of bilateral trade between China and Myanmar is analyzed. The structure and the existing problems are carefully studied. Then, combining the data of direct investment and bilateral trade, the empirical test is used to analyze the long-term and short-term development of china's direct investment in Myanmar. The effectiveness of swing. Through the empirical test results can be seen. In the long run, China's direct investment in Myanmar plays a facilitating role in bilateral trade between China and Myanmar. At the end of the article, according to the country from the perspective of Myanmar macro as well as China macro. Aiming at China's direct investment in Myanmar, this paper puts forward some suggestions and countermeasures from a micro perspective. I hope to promote China's direct investment in Myanmar better, and on this basis to promote the healthy and coordinated bilateral trade between China and Myanmar. Sustainable development.
