【摘要】：在區(qū)域經(jīng)濟(jì)發(fā)展日趨全球化和一體化的時(shí)代背景下，區(qū)域產(chǎn)業(yè)結(jié)構(gòu)與經(jīng)濟(jì)發(fā)展的關(guān)系受到空前重視。一方面，，區(qū)域的發(fā)展水平、資源稟賦狀況及社會(huì)經(jīng)濟(jì)條件等因素決定著區(qū)域經(jīng)濟(jì)發(fā)展過程中的產(chǎn)業(yè)選擇，制約著區(qū)域產(chǎn)業(yè)結(jié)構(gòu)的層次和水平；另一方面，依存于區(qū)域特定環(huán)境條件下的產(chǎn)業(yè)結(jié)構(gòu)，不僅能夠反映一個(gè)國家或地區(qū)的經(jīng)濟(jì)發(fā)展階段和發(fā)展?jié)摿�，而且在促進(jìn)區(qū)域經(jīng)濟(jì)增長中發(fā)揮著基礎(chǔ)性作用，影響著區(qū)域經(jīng)濟(jì)發(fā)展方向的選擇、發(fā)展速度的快慢以及發(fā)展目標(biāo)的實(shí)現(xiàn)。在區(qū)域經(jīng)濟(jì)發(fā)展和產(chǎn)業(yè)結(jié)構(gòu)調(diào)整的互動(dòng)關(guān)系中，產(chǎn)業(yè)結(jié)構(gòu)優(yōu)化調(diào)整能力的高低在很大程度上決定著區(qū)域之間經(jīng)濟(jì)實(shí)力的差異。 本文把沈陽經(jīng)濟(jì)區(qū)產(chǎn)業(yè)結(jié)構(gòu)協(xié)調(diào)發(fā)展研究作為選題，首先從理論層面上探討產(chǎn)業(yè)結(jié)構(gòu)變動(dòng)與區(qū)域經(jīng)濟(jì)發(fā)展之間的關(guān)系。其次從區(qū)域經(jīng)濟(jì)學(xué)和產(chǎn)業(yè)經(jīng)濟(jì)學(xué)的角度，闡述了沈陽經(jīng)濟(jì)區(qū)應(yīng)如何發(fā)揮自身優(yōu)勢，調(diào)整和改造傳統(tǒng)產(chǎn)業(yè)，積極培育戰(zhàn)略性高新技術(shù)產(chǎn)業(yè)，實(shí)現(xiàn)資源的合理開發(fā)和綜合利用。最后為沈陽經(jīng)濟(jì)區(qū)產(chǎn)業(yè)結(jié)構(gòu)的協(xié)調(diào)發(fā)展提出了具體的對(duì)策建議。 在具體論述上，首先運(yùn)用產(chǎn)業(yè)結(jié)構(gòu)靜態(tài)分析法對(duì)沈陽經(jīng)濟(jì)區(qū)三次產(chǎn)業(yè)結(jié)構(gòu)進(jìn)行分析，論證了沈陽經(jīng)濟(jì)區(qū)產(chǎn)業(yè)的優(yōu)勢、不足和制約因素；其次運(yùn)用產(chǎn)業(yè)結(jié)構(gòu)動(dòng)態(tài)分析法定量分析了沈陽經(jīng)濟(jì)區(qū)產(chǎn)業(yè)結(jié)構(gòu)的變動(dòng)情況，得出了沈陽經(jīng)濟(jì)區(qū)三次產(chǎn)業(yè)結(jié)構(gòu)基本合理，區(qū)域產(chǎn)業(yè)結(jié)構(gòu)競爭能力逐步提高；再次通過構(gòu)建沈陽經(jīng)濟(jì)區(qū)人口-經(jīng)濟(jì)-環(huán)境耦合協(xié)調(diào)發(fā)展指標(biāo)體系，測度了沈陽經(jīng)濟(jì)區(qū)人口-經(jīng)濟(jì)-環(huán)境耦合協(xié)調(diào)發(fā)展情況，得出了必須把科學(xué)發(fā)展觀作為區(qū)域經(jīng)濟(jì)協(xié)調(diào)發(fā)展的核心，政府應(yīng)加強(qiáng)宏觀調(diào)控力度，市場應(yīng)充分發(fā)揮在資源配置中的基礎(chǔ)性作用，從而實(shí)現(xiàn)沈陽經(jīng)濟(jì)區(qū)人口-經(jīng)濟(jì)-環(huán)境耦合協(xié)調(diào)發(fā)展。最后通過因子分析法對(duì)沈陽經(jīng)濟(jì)區(qū)各城市的綜合競爭力進(jìn)行排名，并依據(jù)其排名進(jìn)行綜合性分析。
[Abstract]:Under the background of the globalization and integration of regional economic development, the relationship between regional industrial structure and economic development has received unprecedented attention. On the one hand, the level of regional development. Resource endowment and social and economic conditions determine the choice of industry in the process of regional economic development and restrict the level and level of regional industrial structure. On the other hand, the industrial structure, which depends on the specific environment of the region, can not only reflect the stage of economic development and development potential of a country or region, but also play a fundamental role in promoting regional economic growth. It affects the choice of the direction of regional economic development, the speed of development and the realization of development goals. In the interactive relationship between regional economic development and industrial structure adjustment. The ability to optimize and adjust the industrial structure determines to a great extent the difference of regional economic strength. This paper studies the coordinated development of the industrial structure of Shenyang Economic Zone as the topic. Firstly, the relationship between the change of industrial structure and the development of regional economy is discussed theoretically. Secondly, from the angle of regional economics and industrial economics, this paper expounds how Shenyang economic zone should give play to its own advantages. Adjusting and reforming traditional industries, actively cultivating strategic high-tech industries, realizing rational exploitation and comprehensive utilization of resources, and finally, putting forward concrete countermeasures and suggestions for the coordinated development of the industrial structure of Shenyang Economic Zone. In the specific discussion, firstly, the static analysis method of industrial structure is used to analyze the third industrial structure of Shenyang Economic Zone, and the advantages, disadvantages and restrictive factors of Shenyang Economic Zone industry are demonstrated. Secondly, using the dynamic analysis of industrial structure, quantitative analysis of the changes in the industrial structure of Shenyang Economic Zone, it is concluded that the third industrial structure of Shenyang Economic Zone is basically reasonable, and the competitiveness of regional industrial structure is gradually improved. Thirdly, by constructing the index system of population-economy-environment coupling and coordinated development in Shenyang economic zone, the paper measures the coordinated development of demography-economy-environment coupling in Shenyang economic zone. It is concluded that the scientific development view must be regarded as the core of the coordinated development of regional economy, the government should strengthen the macro-control, and the market should give full play to the basic role in the allocation of resources. In order to realize the coordinated development of population, economy and environment in Shenyang Economic Zone, the comprehensive competitiveness of the cities in Shenyang Economic Zone is ranked by factor analysis method, and the comprehensive analysis is carried out according to its rank.
