【摘要】：本文主要探討習(xí)近平同志在我國(guó)經(jīng)濟(jì)進(jìn)入"新常態(tài)"之后闡發(fā)的經(jīng)濟(jì)思想。習(xí)近平新常態(tài)經(jīng)濟(jì)理論緊緊圍繞中國(guó)社會(huì)主義現(xiàn)代化進(jìn)程中的現(xiàn)實(shí)問(wèn)題,是馬克思主義經(jīng)濟(jì)理論同中國(guó)具體實(shí)踐相結(jié)合的最新成果,對(duì)我國(guó)經(jīng)濟(jì)建設(shè)及生產(chǎn)力發(fā)展具有重要意義。研究習(xí)近平新常態(tài)經(jīng)濟(jì)理論不僅有助于深刻理解中國(guó)共產(chǎn)黨的經(jīng)濟(jì)理論,而且有助于全面把握黨和政府的經(jīng)濟(jì)路線和政策,更加自覺(jué)地推動(dòng)經(jīng)濟(jì)建設(shè)健康發(fā)展。本文將從分析習(xí)近平新常態(tài)經(jīng)濟(jì)理論的理論來(lái)源、時(shí)代背景入手,展現(xiàn)習(xí)近平新常態(tài)經(jīng)濟(jì)理論的主要內(nèi)容和特色,最后指出習(xí)近平新常態(tài)經(jīng)濟(jì)理論的創(chuàng)新成就和實(shí)踐價(jià)值。引言部分對(duì)選題的相關(guān)背景和意義作了簡(jiǎn)要說(shuō)明,盡可能全面、系統(tǒng)地綜述和分析近年來(lái)國(guó)內(nèi)外學(xué)者對(duì)于我國(guó)經(jīng)濟(jì)"新常態(tài)"以及習(xí)近平新常態(tài)經(jīng)濟(jì)理論的研究狀況,在此基礎(chǔ)上提出本文的研究?jī)?nèi)容、重點(diǎn)、難點(diǎn)和創(chuàng)新點(diǎn)。第一部分論述習(xí)近平新常態(tài)經(jīng)濟(jì)理論的理論來(lái)源和時(shí)代背景。首先,習(xí)近平新常態(tài)經(jīng)濟(jì)理論的理論來(lái)源主要是馬克思主義政治經(jīng)濟(jì)學(xué)和中國(guó)化馬克思主義政治經(jīng)濟(jì)學(xué);其次,習(xí)近平新常態(tài)經(jīng)濟(jì)理論產(chǎn)生的時(shí)代背景是世界經(jīng)濟(jì)政治形勢(shì)的新變化、我國(guó)經(jīng)濟(jì)發(fā)展的新常態(tài)以及由此帶給中國(guó)經(jīng)濟(jì)發(fā)展的重大機(jī)遇和嚴(yán)峻挑戰(zhàn)。第二部分論述習(xí)近平新常態(tài)經(jīng)濟(jì)理論的主要內(nèi)容和特點(diǎn),它是論文的重點(diǎn)。這一部分從四個(gè)方面梳理習(xí)近平新常態(tài)經(jīng)濟(jì)理論的主要內(nèi)容:認(rèn)識(shí)、適應(yīng)、引領(lǐng)新常態(tài)以及在新常態(tài)時(shí)期的經(jīng)濟(jì)戰(zhàn)略布局和理念突破。第三部分論述習(xí)近平新常態(tài)經(jīng)濟(jì)理論的創(chuàng)新成就和實(shí)踐價(jià)值。首先,闡述習(xí)近平新常態(tài)經(jīng)濟(jì)理論在前人的基礎(chǔ)上所做的新突破、新發(fā)展,指出習(xí)近平新常態(tài)經(jīng)濟(jì)理論的創(chuàng)新成就。其次,分析習(xí)近平新常態(tài)經(jīng)濟(jì)理論的現(xiàn)實(shí)指導(dǎo)意義。
[Abstract]:This paper mainly discusses the economic thoughts expounded by Comrade Xi Jinping after our country's economy entered the "new normal". The new normal economic theory of Xi Jinping closely revolves around the realistic problems in the process of China's socialist modernization. It is the latest achievement of the combination of Marxist economic theory and Chinese concrete practice. It is of great significance to the economic construction and productivity development of our country. Studying Xi Jinping's new normal economic theory is not only helpful to deeply understand the economic theory of the Communist Party of China. And it is helpful to grasp the economic line and policies of the Party and the government and promote the healthy development of economic construction more consciously. This paper will start with the analysis of the theoretical source and background of Xi Jinping's new normal economic theory. Showing the main contents and characteristics of Xi Jinping's new normal economic theory, and finally pointing out the innovative achievements and practical value of Xi Jinping's new normal economic theory. The introduction briefly explains the background and significance of the topic. As comprehensive and systematic as possible, this paper summarizes and analyzes the research status of Chinese economic "new normal" and Xi Jinping's new normal economic theory in recent years, and puts forward the research contents and key points of this paper. The first part discusses the theoretical source and background of Xi Jinping's new normal economic theory. The main theoretical sources of Xi Jinping's new normal economic theory are Marxist political economy and Sinicized Marxist political economy. Secondly, the background of Xi Jinping's new normal economic theory is the new changes of the world economic and political situation. The new normal of China's economic development and the great opportunities and severe challenges brought to China's economic development. The second part discusses the main contents and characteristics of Xi Jinping's new normal economic theory. It is the focus of the thesis. This part combs the main contents of Xi Jinping's new normal economic theory from four aspects: cognition, adaptation. The third part discusses the innovation achievements and practical value of Xi Jinping's new normal economic theory. This paper expounds the new breakthrough and new development of Xi Jinping's new normal economic theory on the basis of predecessors, and points out the innovative achievements of Xi Jinping's new normal economic theory. Analysis of Xi Jinping's new normal economic theory of practical significance.
