【摘要】：隨著國(guó)家技術(shù)創(chuàng)新引導(dǎo)工程的實(shí)施,產(chǎn)業(yè)技術(shù)創(chuàng)新戰(zhàn)略聯(lián)盟作為產(chǎn)學(xué)研長(zhǎng)效合作的新型技術(shù)創(chuàng)新組織形態(tài)應(yīng)運(yùn)而生。實(shí)踐證明,產(chǎn)業(yè)技術(shù)創(chuàng)新戰(zhàn)略聯(lián)盟對(duì)增強(qiáng)企業(yè)技術(shù)創(chuàng)新主體地位,突破產(chǎn)業(yè)共性關(guān)鍵技術(shù),實(shí)現(xiàn)科技資源有效分工與協(xié)作方面發(fā)揮了重要作用。但我們也不應(yīng)忽視產(chǎn)業(yè)技術(shù)創(chuàng)新戰(zhàn)略聯(lián)盟穩(wěn)定性不高,運(yùn)行績(jī)效難達(dá)到預(yù)期等現(xiàn)實(shí)問(wèn)題。因此,正確識(shí)別產(chǎn)業(yè)技術(shù)創(chuàng)新戰(zhàn)略聯(lián)盟穩(wěn)定性影響因子及作用機(jī)理,提高產(chǎn)業(yè)技術(shù)創(chuàng)新戰(zhàn)略聯(lián)盟穩(wěn)定性成為亟待解決的課題。在前人研究的基礎(chǔ)上,本文從不同研究領(lǐng)域和不同維度對(duì)產(chǎn)業(yè)技術(shù)創(chuàng)新戰(zhàn)略聯(lián)盟的概念作了較為全面深入的探討,將產(chǎn)業(yè)技術(shù)創(chuàng)新戰(zhàn)略聯(lián)盟穩(wěn)定性表現(xiàn)形式歸納為盟員對(duì)聯(lián)盟現(xiàn)狀的滿意度和聯(lián)盟未來(lái)的期待度。通過(guò)理論演繹構(gòu)建了“品質(zhì)因素+情境因素+互動(dòng)因素+機(jī)會(huì)主義—聯(lián)盟穩(wěn)定性—聯(lián)盟績(jī)效”以及產(chǎn)業(yè)環(huán)境動(dòng)蕩性調(diào)節(jié)效應(yīng)的概念模型,并以云南省產(chǎn)業(yè)技術(shù)創(chuàng)新戰(zhàn)略聯(lián)盟為調(diào)查樣本進(jìn)行實(shí)證研究。實(shí)證研究結(jié)果表明：第一,品質(zhì)因素、情境因素對(duì)產(chǎn)業(yè)技術(shù)創(chuàng)新戰(zhàn)略聯(lián)盟穩(wěn)定性具有顯著的正向影響,機(jī)會(huì)主義對(duì)產(chǎn)業(yè)技術(shù)創(chuàng)新戰(zhàn)略聯(lián)盟穩(wěn)定性的顯著負(fù)向影響。第二,互動(dòng)因素中信任、溝通、利益分配和承諾對(duì)產(chǎn)業(yè)技術(shù)創(chuàng)新戰(zhàn)略聯(lián)盟穩(wěn)定性的正向影響顯著,利益分配的影響最大,溝通次之,信任和承諾較小。而管理控制對(duì)產(chǎn)業(yè)技術(shù)創(chuàng)新戰(zhàn)略聯(lián)盟穩(wěn)定性影響未得證實(shí)。第三,產(chǎn)業(yè)技術(shù)創(chuàng)新戰(zhàn)略聯(lián)盟穩(wěn)定性對(duì)聯(lián)盟績(jī)效的具有顯著正向影響。在上述研究結(jié)論的基礎(chǔ)上,本文進(jìn)一步實(shí)證考察了產(chǎn)業(yè)環(huán)境動(dòng)蕩性對(duì)產(chǎn)業(yè)技術(shù)創(chuàng)新戰(zhàn)略聯(lián)盟穩(wěn)定性的影響,以及環(huán)境動(dòng)蕩性在其中的調(diào)節(jié)作用。結(jié)果顯示,產(chǎn)業(yè)環(huán)境動(dòng)蕩性對(duì)產(chǎn)業(yè)技術(shù)創(chuàng)新戰(zhàn)略聯(lián)盟穩(wěn)定性具有顯著的正向影響；產(chǎn)業(yè)環(huán)境動(dòng)蕩性負(fù)向調(diào)節(jié)機(jī)會(huì)主義對(duì)產(chǎn)業(yè)技術(shù)創(chuàng)新戰(zhàn)略聯(lián)盟穩(wěn)定性的影響；而產(chǎn)業(yè)環(huán)境動(dòng)蕩性與互動(dòng)因素的交互作用對(duì)產(chǎn)業(yè)技術(shù)創(chuàng)新戰(zhàn)略聯(lián)盟穩(wěn)定性的影響不顯著。
[Abstract]:Along with the national technology innovation project to guide the implementation of industrial technology innovation strategic alliance emerged as the combination of long-term cooperation of the new technical innovation organization form. Practice has proved that the industrial technology innovation strategic alliance to enhance the dominant position of enterprise technology innovation, breakthrough industry common key technologies, has played an important role to realize the effective division and cooperation of science and technology resources. But we but also should not ignore the stability of industrial technology innovation strategic alliance is not high, difficult to achieve the desired performance and other practical problems. Therefore, the correct identification of industrial technology innovation strategic alliance stability factor and mechanism, improve the stability of the industrial technology innovation strategic alliance has become an urgent problem to be solved. On the basis of previous studies, this paper from different research fields and the different dimensions of the industry technology innovation strategic alliance concept made more comprehensive and in-depth discussion, The industrial technology innovation strategic alliance stability form into the anticipation of the status quo of the alliance member satisfaction and future alliance. Through theoretical deduction constructs the concept model of "quality factors, situational factors and interaction factors + + - opportunistic alliance stability - alliance performance and industry environment turbulence effects, and empirical research in the League technology innovation and strategic industries in Yunnan Province as the sample. The empirical results indicate: first, quality factors, situational factors have significant positive impact on the stability of the industrial technology innovation strategic alliance, opportunism on the stability of the industrial technology innovation and strategic alliances negatively. Second interactive factors in trust, communication, commitment and positive interest distribution influence on the stability of the industrial technology innovation and strategic alliances significantly affect the distribution of interests of the maximum time, communication, trust And the promise is small. And control effects on the stability of the industrial technology innovation strategic alliance is not confirmed. Third, the stability of the industrial technology innovation strategic alliance on alliance performance has significant positive effects. Based on the above conclusions, this paper further empirically examines the influence of industrial environmental turbulence on the stability of the industrial technology innovation and strategic alliances, and the moderating role of environmental turbulence in the industry. The results show that environmental turbulence has a significant positive effect on the stability of the industrial technology innovation strategic alliance; industry environment turbulence negative influence on the stability of regulating the opportunism of the industrial technology innovation and strategic alliances; but there was no significant interaction effect of industrial environmental turbulence and interaction factors on the stability of the industrial technology innovation and strategic alliances.
