【摘要】：提起工業(yè)革命它毫無疑問是歷史舞臺上的一個(gè)重要發(fā)展階段。工業(yè)革命的崛起給人們的生活帶來了翻天覆地的變化，這不僅僅是它給人們帶來了空前的物質(zhì)文明，與此同時(shí)，也給人們的生活本身帶來了愈發(fā)嚴(yán)重的威脅。世界面臨著高速發(fā)展和生態(tài)危機(jī)的雙重考驗(yàn)。過去的幾個(gè)世紀(jì)，人類似乎更注重社會發(fā)展的高速產(chǎn)能和生活品質(zhì)的提高。而如今，人類也意識到了高速發(fā)展的背后同時(shí)存在的是讓人不然而立的自然環(huán)境的破壞和令人窒息的霧霾天氣。生態(tài)文明的提出無疑是解決人類發(fā)展環(huán)境矛盾之間的一把雙刃劍，它為人類文明社會的高速發(fā)展和自然環(huán)境的保護(hù)架起了一道和諧的橋梁。當(dāng)前，生態(tài)文明建設(shè)的研究也成為了學(xué)者們重要的課題之一。 本篇文章依照科學(xué)滲透、文獻(xiàn)分析及歸納演繹等方法，對我國目前的生態(tài)文明建設(shè)的現(xiàn)有情況，分析成因，找出社會技術(shù)創(chuàng)新高速發(fā)展的背景下，，生態(tài)文明建設(shè)應(yīng)如何更好的找到發(fā)展方向和有關(guān)對策。 首先，本文從工業(yè)文明變革性實(shí)踐的反思出發(fā)，提出技術(shù)創(chuàng)新和生態(tài)文明二者之間的相互對立統(tǒng)一的理論，客觀全面的揭示了生態(tài)文明和技術(shù)創(chuàng)新。得出生態(tài)技術(shù)創(chuàng)新是生態(tài)文明建設(shè)的重要途徑之一。其次，對目前我國的生態(tài)文明建設(shè)的現(xiàn)有情況分析，本文總結(jié)了三個(gè)重要問題，其中包括生態(tài)破壞問題、環(huán)境污染問題以及能源和資源危機(jī)問題。并對這些問題做出了更深一步的研究討論，得出技術(shù)創(chuàng)新不僅是解決生態(tài)問題和人口、資源二者之間矛盾的重要方法，而且論述出技術(shù)創(chuàng)新是生態(tài)文明建設(shè)的過程中的必經(jīng)之路；最后，本文將把三大生態(tài)產(chǎn)業(yè)怎樣具體實(shí)施技術(shù)創(chuàng)新對其發(fā)揮的總要作用進(jìn)行了進(jìn)一步具體的解析和研究，并且陳述了目前生態(tài)文明建設(shè)階段的相應(yīng)技術(shù)突破創(chuàng)新以及發(fā)展保證，對未來生態(tài)文明建設(shè)的持續(xù)性發(fā)展和未來相應(yīng)對策予以總結(jié)說明。 生態(tài)文明技術(shù)的創(chuàng)新將會為人類社會的未來發(fā)展樹立起一個(gè)全方位的、和諧的、持久性的發(fā)展方向，直接有效的使得科學(xué)技術(shù)層面由傳統(tǒng)熟知的生產(chǎn)模式向新興生態(tài)生產(chǎn)模式方向過渡，使其為生態(tài)文明建設(shè)提供了堅(jiān)實(shí)有力的基石，為推廣生態(tài)文明建設(shè)提供了重要支持保障和護(hù)盾作用。生態(tài)技術(shù)創(chuàng)新讓人類與大自然和社會共同的利益得到前所未有的最大化。為此，在我國堅(jiān)持建設(shè)具有中國特色社會主義的方針同時(shí)，實(shí)現(xiàn)技術(shù)創(chuàng)新生態(tài)文明建設(shè)研究也變得更加具有現(xiàn)實(shí)意義。
[Abstract]:The mention of the Industrial Revolution is undoubtedly an important stage of development on the historical stage. The rise of the Industrial Revolution has brought about earth-shaking changes in people's lives. This is not just that it has brought people unprecedented material civilization, at the same time. The world is facing the double test of rapid development and ecological crisis. The past few centuries. Human beings seem to pay more attention to the rapid production capacity and the improvement of the quality of life of social development. Mankind also realized that behind the rapid development is the destruction of the natural environment and the suffocating haze weather. The proposal of ecological civilization is undoubtedly a solution to the contradiction between the environment of human development. A double-edged sword. It has built a harmonious bridge for the rapid development of human civilization society and the protection of natural environment. At present, the study of ecological civilization construction has also become one of the important topics for scholars. According to the methods of scientific infiltration, literature analysis and induction and deduction, this article analyzes the causes of the current situation of ecological civilization construction in China, and finds out the background of the rapid development of social technological innovation. How to better find the development direction and relevant countermeasures in the construction of ecological civilization. First of all, starting from the reflection of the revolutionary practice of industrial civilization, this paper puts forward the theory of the unity of opposites between technological innovation and ecological civilization. Objective and comprehensive revealed ecological civilization and technological innovation. Ecological technology innovation is one of the important ways of ecological civilization construction. Secondly, the current situation of ecological civilization construction in China is analyzed. This paper summarizes three important issues, including ecological destruction, environmental pollution and energy and resource crisis. It is concluded that technological innovation is not only an important method to solve the contradiction between ecological problems, population and resources, but also discusses that technological innovation is the only way in the process of ecological civilization construction. Finally, this article will carry on the further concrete analysis and the research to how to carry out the technical innovation to the three ecological industries. It also states the corresponding technological breakthrough innovation and development guarantee of the current ecological civilization construction stage, and summarizes the sustainable development of the future ecological civilization construction and the corresponding countermeasures in the future. The innovation of ecological civilization technology will set up a comprehensive, harmonious and lasting development direction for the future development of human society. Directly and effectively make the level of science and technology from the traditional familiar production model to a new ecological production model transition, so that it provides a solid foundation stone for the construction of ecological civilization. It provides important support and shield for the construction of ecological civilization. Ecological technology innovation maximizes the common interests of human beings with nature and society. At the same time of adhering to the policy of building socialism with Chinese characteristics, the study of ecological civilization construction of technological innovation has become more practical significance.
