【摘要】："一帶一路"倡議提出后,福建對外開放形勢發(fā)生了新變化,成為21世紀海上絲綢之路核心區(qū)。要突破關(guān)鍵環(huán)節(jié),通過創(chuàng)新對外開放模式,提升載體平臺功能,完善對外合作機制,積極拓展福建對外開放的新優(yōu)勢,進一步提升經(jīng)濟發(fā)展空間和增長潛力。
[Abstract]:After the "Belt and Road" initiative was put forward, the situation of Fujian's opening to the outside world changed and became the core area of the maritime Silk Road in 21th century. It is necessary to break through the key links and innovate the mode of opening to the outside world. We should enhance the function of carrier platform, perfect the mechanism of foreign cooperation, actively expand the new advantages of Fujian's opening to the outside world, and further enhance the economic development space and growth potential.
