【摘要】：隨著產(chǎn)業(yè)園區(qū)的快速發(fā)展,成都市在產(chǎn)業(yè)空間集聚、傳統(tǒng)制造業(yè)和現(xiàn)代服務(wù)業(yè)城市分工和職能劃分等方面,都同過(guò)去存在著明顯的區(qū)別,隨著邊緣城市和郊區(qū)的興起,它們無(wú)形的反磁力作用使原本極度集聚的中心城市被弱化了。使得城市空間構(gòu)成面臨重新組合。本文首先通過(guò)產(chǎn)業(yè)園區(qū)發(fā)展對(duì)成都市城市產(chǎn)業(yè)空間構(gòu)成的影響進(jìn)行分析,成都市快速推行產(chǎn)業(yè)升級(jí)結(jié)構(gòu)調(diào)整,在城區(qū)內(nèi)實(shí)施“退二進(jìn)三”政策,產(chǎn)業(yè)園區(qū)用地布局的重新規(guī)劃,向生產(chǎn)性服務(wù)產(chǎn)業(yè)結(jié)構(gòu)優(yōu)化。產(chǎn)業(yè)園區(qū)的不斷發(fā)展成為成都產(chǎn)業(yè)結(jié)構(gòu)不斷深化的縮影,它一方面承擔(dān)著城市人口的集聚與擴(kuò)散,另一方面也是城市經(jīng)濟(jì)增長(zhǎng)的重要一極,引領(lǐng)者城市產(chǎn)業(yè)向前發(fā)展。通過(guò)產(chǎn)業(yè)園區(qū)同成都市社會(huì)與人口構(gòu)成方面的分析,產(chǎn)業(yè)園區(qū)內(nèi)部的人口特點(diǎn)所引起的郊區(qū)化現(xiàn)象,逐漸發(fā)展成為城市人口快速增長(zhǎng)的增長(zhǎng)極,促進(jìn)城市人口的人口多極核增長(zhǎng),加速了社會(huì)空間分異。最后通過(guò)對(duì)產(chǎn)業(yè)園區(qū)對(duì)成都城市用地布局進(jìn)行分析,產(chǎn)業(yè)園區(qū)憑借著其強(qiáng)大的經(jīng)濟(jì)發(fā)展動(dòng)力,由單一功能區(qū)發(fā)展成為特色新城或邊緣城市,并在城市功能、服務(wù)、設(shè)施等方面不斷與中心城區(qū)融合,很多已與中心城區(qū)接軌,演變?yōu)橹行某菂^(qū)的“輔城”或“子城”。產(chǎn)業(yè)園區(qū)的發(fā)展已被證實(shí)是中心城區(qū)快速發(fā)展的可行之路,成為中心城區(qū)發(fā)展的重要輔翼。本文針對(duì)高新西區(qū)和高新南區(qū)的發(fā)展,總結(jié)出產(chǎn)業(yè)園區(qū)將成為將來(lái)城市發(fā)展的新動(dòng)力,有效地承擔(dān)了中心城區(qū)的功能轉(zhuǎn)移的責(zé)任,創(chuàng)造了新的發(fā)展空間,緩和了中心城市的發(fā)展壓力。
[Abstract]:With the rapid development of Industrial Park, industrial agglomeration in space in Chengdu City, the traditional manufacturing industry and modern service industry city division and the division of their functions, all with the past, there is a clear distinction, with the rise of the edge of the city and the suburbs, they are invisible anti force of the original center of the city agglomeration extremely is weakened. The city space structure facing re combination. The paper starts by influencing the industrial park development in Chengdu city industry space structure, Chengdu City, the rapid implementation of industrial upgrading and structural adjustment, the implementation of the "two into three" policy in urban areas, industrial parks with re planning layout, to optimize the structure of productive service industry. The continuous development of the industrial park become a microcosm of Chengdu industrial structure unceasing deepening, it undertakes the agglomeration and dispersion of the population of the city, on the other hand, city economic growth An important part of long, leading the industry forward. Through the city industrial park with the Chengdu city society and population structure analysis, population suburbanization phenomenon caused by the internal characteristics of industrial parks, gradually become the city's rapid population growth growth, promote the growth of city population multipolar population, accelerated social space differentiation. Finally, through the analysis of the industrial park of Chengdu city land layout, industrial park with its strong momentum of economic development, the development of single function area become a feature of metro or the edge of the city, and service in the city, functions, facilities and other aspects of continuous integration and the center of the city, and the city center has many standards, evolution as the center of the city's "auxiliary city" or "city". The development of industrial parks have been confirmed to be the rapid development of city center feasible path and become an important auxiliary center city development In view of the development of hi-tech western district and hi tech southern area, this paper concludes that the industrial park will become a new driving force for urban development in the future, effectively undertake the responsibility of the functional transfer of the central city, create new development space and ease the pressure of the development of the central city.
