【摘要】：產(chǎn)業(yè)集群的定義指的是在某一特定地區(qū)內(nèi)的，大批的產(chǎn)業(yè)有著緊密聯(lián)系和有著相關(guān)支持的產(chǎn)業(yè)在空間上的匯集的，形成了具有巨大的可持續(xù)競(jìng)爭(zhēng)優(yōu)勢(shì)的群體。提高產(chǎn)業(yè)的核心競(jìng)爭(zhēng)力是提高該區(qū)域競(jìng)爭(zhēng)力的關(guān)鍵，而產(chǎn)業(yè)集群是增強(qiáng)區(qū)域內(nèi)產(chǎn)業(yè)競(jìng)爭(zhēng)力一種重要產(chǎn)業(yè)組織形式，是促進(jìn)工業(yè)化的有效動(dòng)力。近些年來，中國東部的沿海地區(qū)（江蘇、浙江和廣東等地）已經(jīng)形成了大批產(chǎn)業(yè)集群進(jìn)而促進(jìn)了經(jīng)濟(jì)的大力發(fā)展。我國河南省地區(qū)和我國東海沿海地區(qū)相比經(jīng)濟(jì)發(fā)展極其落后和緩慢，特別是區(qū)縣經(jīng)濟(jì)一直是河南省地區(qū)關(guān)注的發(fā)展問題。 本文的研究思路是用定性和定量分析法研究河南省延津縣的發(fā)展，根據(jù)對(duì)延津縣產(chǎn)業(yè)集群的目前的發(fā)展現(xiàn)狀進(jìn)行了分析的前提下，針對(duì)延津縣發(fā)展產(chǎn)業(yè)集群的有利條件和形成機(jī)制，分析了延津縣產(chǎn)業(yè)集群的規(guī)模、特點(diǎn)和分布狀況，根據(jù)該地區(qū)各個(gè)產(chǎn)業(yè)集群的具體經(jīng)濟(jì)指標(biāo)來制定相適宜的發(fā)展對(duì)策和方案。作為河南省180多個(gè)省級(jí)規(guī)范化產(chǎn)業(yè)集群區(qū)之一的延津縣產(chǎn)業(yè)集聚區(qū)，經(jīng)濟(jì)發(fā)展情況十分的迅速，延津縣產(chǎn)業(yè)集群發(fā)展的模式對(duì)河南省其他區(qū)縣地區(qū)的經(jīng)濟(jì)發(fā)展具有重要的借鑒意義。 本文分為六大部分：第一部分介紹了產(chǎn)業(yè)集群的意義、研究背景和意義、有關(guān)產(chǎn)業(yè)集群的相關(guān)理論、國內(nèi)外研究現(xiàn)狀以及論文研究結(jié)構(gòu)和創(chuàng)新點(diǎn)；第二部分對(duì)該區(qū)縣的產(chǎn)業(yè)集群發(fā)展現(xiàn)狀和形成過程進(jìn)行研究，詳細(xì)介紹了該地區(qū)產(chǎn)業(yè)集群的規(guī)模與分布狀況、延津縣產(chǎn)業(yè)集群的形成條件、延津縣產(chǎn)業(yè)集群的特征與分類、延津縣產(chǎn)業(yè)集群發(fā)展面對(duì)的機(jī)遇與挑戰(zhàn)；第三部分主要介紹了產(chǎn)業(yè)集群在延津縣域經(jīng)濟(jì)發(fā)展中的作用；第四部分重點(diǎn)分析和介紹了延津縣產(chǎn)業(yè)集群發(fā)展中存在的問題，，通過分析研究，針對(duì)延津縣的基本縣情，找出該縣發(fā)展產(chǎn)業(yè)集群的制約因素；第五部分根據(jù)延津縣目前初具產(chǎn)業(yè)集群存在的制約因素和存在的主要問題，提出解決延津縣產(chǎn)業(yè)集群發(fā)展的對(duì)策措施；第六部分主要總結(jié)了本文的主要研究內(nèi)容，并闡述延津縣產(chǎn)業(yè)集群發(fā)展模式成功經(jīng)驗(yàn)，以及建設(shè)具有自身特色的產(chǎn)業(yè)集群。
[Abstract]:The definition of industrial cluster refers to the spatial convergence of a large number of industries which are closely related to and supported by a certain region. The core competitiveness of the industry is the key to improve the competitiveness of the region, and industrial cluster is an important form of industrial organization to enhance the industrial competitiveness in the region. In recent years, the coastal areas of eastern China (Jiangsu). Zhejiang and Guangdong have formed a large number of industrial clusters to promote the development of the economy. Compared with the coastal areas of the East China Sea Henan Province of China's economic development is extremely backward and slow. In particular, the district and county economy has been the development of Henan Province. The research idea of this paper is to use qualitative and quantitative analysis method to study the development of Yanjin County in Henan Province, based on the analysis of the current development situation of Yanjin County industrial cluster. According to the favorable conditions and forming mechanism of Yanjin county industrial cluster, the paper analyzes the scale, characteristics and distribution of Yanjin county industrial cluster. According to the specific economic indicators of various industrial clusters in this region to formulate appropriate development strategies and programs. As one of more than 180 provincial standardized industrial cluster areas Yanjin County industrial agglomeration area. The situation of economic development is very rapid. The pattern of industrial cluster development in Yanjin County is of great significance to the economic development of other districts and counties in Henan Province. This paper is divided into six parts: the first part introduces the significance of industrial clusters, research background and significance, related theories of industrial clusters, domestic and foreign research status, research structure and innovation points; The second part studies the status quo and forming process of the industrial cluster in the county, and introduces the scale and distribution of the industrial cluster in this area, and the forming conditions of the industrial cluster in Yanjin County. The characteristics and classification of industrial clusters in Yanjin County, the opportunities and challenges facing the development of industrial clusters in Yanjin County; The third part mainly introduces the role of industrial cluster in the development of Yanjin county economy. Part 4th focuses on the analysis and introduction of the problems existing in the development of industrial clusters in Yanjin County. Through the analysis and research, we find out the restrictive factors of the development of industrial clusters in Yanjin County in view of the basic county situation of Yanjin County. In 5th, according to the existing restriction factors and main problems of the industrial cluster in Yanjin county, the countermeasures are put forward to solve the development of the industrial cluster in Yanjin county. Part 6th summarizes the main research contents of this paper, and expounds the successful experience of Yanjin county industrial cluster development model and the construction of industrial cluster with its own characteristics.
