【摘要】:文中基于LA-AIDS模型,運(yùn)用ITSUR估計(jì)法,對(duì)新疆城鎮(zhèn)居民八大類商品消費(fèi)支出的收入彈性、自價(jià)格彈性及交叉價(jià)格彈性進(jìn)行了有效測(cè)算,深入認(rèn)識(shí)了新疆城鎮(zhèn)居民的消費(fèi)結(jié)構(gòu)。研究表明:食品和衣著支出的收入彈性小于1,其他類的收入彈性大于1;居住和服務(wù)項(xiàng)目的自價(jià)格彈性小于0,其他類的自價(jià)格彈性大于0;各類消費(fèi)品的交叉價(jià)格彈性都有正有負(fù),均兼具替代和互補(bǔ)關(guān)系,除食品交叉價(jià)格彈性的絕對(duì)值較低外,其他類的交叉價(jià)格彈性的絕對(duì)值均較高。從實(shí)證結(jié)果來看,新疆城鎮(zhèn)居民消費(fèi)水平總體不高,消費(fèi)結(jié)構(gòu)不盡合理,有待刺激居民消費(fèi)決策、提高消費(fèi)水平、優(yōu)化消費(fèi)結(jié)構(gòu)。
[Abstract]:Based on LA-AIDS model and ITSUR estimation method, the income elasticity, self-price elasticity and cross-price elasticity of eight categories of commodity consumption expenditure of urban residents in Xinjiang are measured effectively. The study shows that the income elasticity of food and clothing expenditure is less than 1, and the income elasticity of other categories is greater than 1; The self-price elasticity of residential and service items is less than 0, and the self-price elasticity of other categories is greater than 0; All kinds of consumer goods have positive and negative cross-price elasticity, both of which have substitution and complementary relationship, except for the lower absolute value of cross-price elasticity of food. From the empirical results, the consumption level of urban residents in Xinjiang is not high, the consumption structure is not reasonable, so it needs to stimulate residents to make consumption decisions and improve consumption level. Optimize the consumption structure.
