【摘要】：金融是現(xiàn)代經(jīng)濟(jì)的核心，一個地區(qū)金融業(yè)的發(fā)展速度和規(guī)模直接影響著本地區(qū)經(jīng)濟(jì)發(fā)展的程度，金融助推經(jīng)濟(jì)發(fā)展的作用日益顯現(xiàn)。近年來，，鄂爾多斯市綜合經(jīng)濟(jì)實力大幅提升，2008-2012五年間，全市地區(qū)生產(chǎn)總值年均增長速度達(dá)到22.9%。金融業(yè)對鄂爾多斯經(jīng)濟(jì)的快速發(fā)展發(fā)揮了及其重要的作用，同時也與經(jīng)濟(jì)發(fā)展保持了同步快速增長勢頭。2008-2012五年間，鄂爾多斯金融業(yè)增加值的平均增長速度高達(dá)55.7%，初步形成了多元化的金融格局。盡管如此，鄂爾多斯金融業(yè)目前的發(fā)展?fàn)顩r仍然不能滿足經(jīng)濟(jì)發(fā)展的需要，金融業(yè)發(fā)展過程中存在資本市場發(fā)展緩慢、金融投入結(jié)構(gòu)不合理以及金融資源配置效率低下等問題。 本文正是基于以上背景，在前人研究的理論成果的基礎(chǔ)上，借鑒金融發(fā)展理論和戰(zhàn)略管理理論，綜合運用定性和定量分析法、對比分析法、SWOT分析法和規(guī)范分析法，在沿黃沿線經(jīng)濟(jì)帶這個大的框架下，以鄂爾多斯市金融業(yè)發(fā)展的現(xiàn)狀為切入點，對鄂爾多斯金融業(yè)發(fā)展面臨的機(jī)遇和挑戰(zhàn)，自身的優(yōu)勢和劣勢進(jìn)行分析。同時結(jié)合與呼、包二市金融業(yè)的比較，對鄂爾多斯市金融業(yè)在沿黃沿線經(jīng)濟(jì)帶中進(jìn)行戰(zhàn)略定位，提出把鄂爾多斯市打造成為沿黃沿線地區(qū)能源金融強(qiáng)市和民間金融城市的戰(zhàn)略構(gòu)想。規(guī)范民間金融市場，優(yōu)化區(qū)域金融生態(tài)環(huán)境，實施金融人才發(fā)展戰(zhàn)略，提高金融核心競爭力。通過一系列建議，希望對相關(guān)部門制定鄂爾多斯金融業(yè)發(fā)展規(guī)劃有一定的借鑒作用。
[Abstract]:Finance is the core of modern economy. The development speed and scale of financial industry in a region directly affect the degree of economic development in this region. The role of finance to promote economic development is increasingly apparent in recent years. The comprehensive economic strength of Ordos has been greatly improved during the five years from 2008 to 2012. The annual GDP growth rate of the whole city reached 22.90.The financial industry has played an important role in the rapid economic development of Ordos. At the same time, with the economic development to maintain the same rapid growth momentum. 2008-2012 five years, the average growth rate of the value added of the financial sector in Ordos as high as 55.7%. Although the current development of the financial industry in Ordos can not meet the needs of economic development, there is a slow development of the capital market in the development of the financial industry. The structure of financial input is unreasonable and the allocation efficiency of financial resources is low. This paper is based on the above background, on the basis of previous research results, using the theory of financial development and strategic management theory, comprehensive use of qualitative and quantitative analysis, comparative analysis. SWOT analysis and normative analysis, along the economic belt along the Yellow River this large framework, with the current situation of the development of the financial industry in Ordos as a starting point, the development of the financial industry in Ordos facing opportunities and challenges. At the same time, combining with the comparison of the financial industry of Bao-er City, the author makes a strategic positioning of the financial industry along the Yellow River in the economic belt along the Yellow River. This paper puts forward the strategic idea of making Ordos city into a strong energy finance city and a private financial city along the Yellow River, standardizing the private financial market, optimizing the regional financial ecological environment, and implementing the development strategy of financial talents. Improve the core competitiveness of finance. Through a series of suggestions, I hope that the relevant departments to formulate the financial industry development plan of Ordos have certain reference role.
