【摘要】：中國已成為碳排放（二氧化碳）大國，碳排放不僅與我國所選擇的經(jīng)濟(jì)發(fā)展模式有關(guān)，還可能與FDI（外商直接投資）有關(guān)。本文的研究目的就是通過實(shí)證檢驗(yàn)FDI對(duì)我國碳排放的影響，，并提出利用外資方面的相關(guān)政策建議，從而降低我國的碳排放。 論文以FDI對(duì)我國碳排放的影響為主題，以“污染天堂”假說、產(chǎn)業(yè)轉(zhuǎn)移論及“波特假說”為理論基礎(chǔ)。通過大量的統(tǒng)計(jì)數(shù)據(jù)對(duì)FDI和碳排放在我國的分布現(xiàn)狀進(jìn)行了系統(tǒng)的分析。 在理論分析部分，論文從正、負(fù)兩個(gè)影響途徑對(duì)FDI對(duì)我國碳排放的影響進(jìn)行了分析，并最終得出了FDI對(duì)我國碳排放的綜合影響是正面的結(jié)論。其中，F(xiàn)DI主要是通過技術(shù)效應(yīng)、行業(yè)結(jié)構(gòu)優(yōu)化以及收入效應(yīng)對(duì)我國的碳排放產(chǎn)生正面影響，通過具有爭議性的技術(shù)轉(zhuǎn)移、高碳產(chǎn)業(yè)的轉(zhuǎn)移以及規(guī)模效應(yīng)對(duì)我國的碳排放產(chǎn)生負(fù)面影響。 在實(shí)證分析部分，選取1983-2011年的時(shí)間序列數(shù)據(jù)，通過對(duì)碳模型進(jìn)行分解，構(gòu)建了研究FDI與碳排放關(guān)系的計(jì)量模型。分析得出以下結(jié)論：FDI對(duì)我國的碳排放產(chǎn)生了正面的影響，F(xiàn)DI在資本形成總額中的比重每上升1%，會(huì)使得我國的人均碳排放下降約0.07%；FDI對(duì)我國的能源結(jié)構(gòu)和能源技術(shù)水平產(chǎn)生了積極的影響，這在一定程度上解釋了FDI對(duì)我國碳排放產(chǎn)生正面的綜合影響的原因。最后論文提出了相關(guān)政策建議。
[Abstract]:China has become a large country of carbon emissions (carbon dioxide), carbon emissions are not only related to China's choice of economic development model. The purpose of this paper is to empirically test the impact of FDI on China's carbon emissions and put forward relevant policy recommendations on the utilization of foreign capital. Thus reducing China's carbon emissions. This paper focuses on the impact of FDI on carbon emissions in China and the "pollution Paradise" hypothesis. Based on the theory of industrial transfer and Porter hypothesis, the distribution of FDI and carbon emissions in China is systematically analyzed through a large number of statistical data. In the theoretical analysis part, the paper analyzes the impact of FDI on carbon emissions from positive and negative ways, and finally concludes that the comprehensive impact of FDI on China's carbon emissions is a positive conclusion. FDI has a positive impact on China's carbon emissions through technology effects, industry structure optimization and income effects, and through controversial technology transfer. The transfer of high-carbon industry and scale effect have a negative impact on carbon emissions in China. In the part of empirical analysis, the time series data from 1983 to 2011 are selected to decompose the carbon model. This paper constructs an econometric model to study the relationship between FDI and carbon emissions and draws the following conclusions: the proportion of FDI in total capital formation increases by 1%. It will reduce the per capita carbon emission of our country by 0.07%. FDI has a positive impact on the energy structure and energy technology level in China. To a certain extent, this explains the positive and comprehensive impact of FDI on China's carbon emissions. Finally, the paper puts forward some relevant policy recommendations.
