【摘要】：改革開放三十多年來,我國金融改革始終堅持以市場化為方向、以政府為主導(dǎo)、以金融服務(wù)實體經(jīng)濟發(fā)展為使命,走出了一條富有中國特色的金融改革創(chuàng)新之路。但我們必須清醒的認識到,我國并不是金融強國,由于我國獨特的"二元金融結(jié)構(gòu)"以及來自國家與政府層面的管控,資源過度開發(fā)、環(huán)境惡化、市場活力不足、中小企業(yè)貸款難與貸款貴等問題層出不窮。我國的金融體系還有待進一步健全,金融支持實體經(jīng)濟的功能也有待進一步實現(xiàn)。近幾年,在我國宏觀經(jīng)濟下行壓力加大的背景下,黨的十八屆三中全會明確提出,要發(fā)揮經(jīng)濟體制改革的牽引作用,使市場在配置資源中起決定性作用。市場起決定性作用就是要堅持市場化改革方向。而金融是現(xiàn)代經(jīng)濟的核心,落實到金融領(lǐng)域,就是要求完善金融市場體系,加快推進金融市場化改革。研究金融市場化對經(jīng)濟增長的影響能夠更準(zhǔn)確而深刻的理解中國金融市場化改革,這關(guān)系到新常態(tài)下我國能否通過金融市場化改革推動經(jīng)濟增長與轉(zhuǎn)型升級。本文將理論分析、現(xiàn)實分析和實證分析相結(jié)合,研究金融市場化對我國經(jīng)濟增長的影響。首先,介紹了本文的研究背景與意義、方法與內(nèi)容等,并對前人已有的研究文獻進行梳理。其次,介紹了金融市場化相關(guān)理論基礎(chǔ),重點分析了金融市場化對經(jīng)濟增長的影響機制和傳導(dǎo)途徑,為實證分析奠定了理論基礎(chǔ)。接著結(jié)合我國當(dāng)前現(xiàn)實,分析了金融市場化的現(xiàn)狀與問題以及金融市場化與我國經(jīng)濟增長的關(guān)系。再次,使用面板數(shù)據(jù)多元線性回歸模型對金融市場化與經(jīng)濟增長進行了回歸分析,接著選取工具變量,進行二階段最小二乘法的進一步估計克服內(nèi)生性。研究結(jié)果表明:金融市場化對我國經(jīng)濟增長具有正向作用,即金融市場化可以很好的推動我國經(jīng)濟的增長。最后,針對我國的具體情況,對推進金融市場化給出了一些建議:第一,構(gòu)建多層次的資本市場體系,轉(zhuǎn)變實體經(jīng)濟過度依賴銀行信貸融資的局面,分散金融風(fēng)險;第二、完善金融要素的價格形成機制,進一步推進利率市場化和人民幣匯率形成機制改革;第三、加強金融基礎(chǔ)設(shè)施建設(shè),在支付清算、立法監(jiān)管、信息披露等方面加快與國際接軌。致力創(chuàng)造有利市場競爭的信息和機構(gòu)環(huán)境,保障金融市場安全高效和整體穩(wěn)定。
[Abstract]:Since the reform and opening up to the outside world for more than 30 years, China's financial reform has always adhered to the orientation of marketization, the government as the leading role, and the development of the financial service entity economy as its mission. We have found a way of financial reform and innovation with Chinese characteristics. However, we must be aware that our country is not a financial power. Due to China's unique "dual financial structure" and control from the state and government level, resources are overexploited, the environment is deteriorating, and the market is not dynamic enough. In recent years, China's financial system has yet to be further improved, and the function of financial support to the real economy needs to be further realized. Under the background of increasing downward pressure of macroeconomic in China, the third Plenary session of the 18 CPC Central Committee clearly proposed that we should give full play to the traction of economic system reform. To make the market play a decisive role in the allocation of resources. The decisive role of the market is to adhere to the direction of market-oriented reform, and finance is the core of the modern economy, to be implemented in the financial field, is to improve the financial market system. Speeding up the reform of financial marketization and studying the impact of financial marketization on economic growth can more accurately and profoundly understand the reform of financial marketization in China. This is related to the new normal whether China can promote economic growth and upgrading through financial market-oriented reform. This paper combines theoretical analysis, practical analysis and empirical analysis. Firstly, this paper introduces the research background and significance, methods and content of this paper, and reviews the previous research literature. Secondly, this paper introduces the financial marketization of China's economic growth. Second, this paper introduces the research background and significance, methods and content of this paper. This paper introduces the relevant theoretical basis of financial marketization, focuses on the analysis of the influence mechanism and transmission way of financial marketization on economic growth, which lays a theoretical foundation for empirical analysis. Then, it combines the current reality of our country. This paper analyzes the current situation and problems of financial marketization and the relationship between financial marketization and China's economic growth. Thirdly, we use panel data multiple linear regression model to analyze the relationship between financial marketization and economic growth. Then the tool variables are selected to further estimate the two-stage least square method to overcome the endogenicity. The results show that financial marketization has a positive effect on China's economic growth. That is, financial marketization can well promote the growth of our economy. Finally, according to the specific situation of our country, we give some suggestions to promote the financial marketization: first, build a multi-level capital market system. Changing the situation that the real economy relies on the bank credit financing excessively, dispersing the financial risk; Second, improve the price formation mechanism of financial elements, and further promote the reform of interest rate marketization and RMB exchange rate formation mechanism; Third, we should strengthen the construction of financial infrastructure, speed up the integration with the international community in the areas of payment settlement, legislative supervision and information disclosure, and strive to create an information and institutional environment conducive to market competition. To ensure the security, efficiency and overall stability of the financial market.
