【摘要】：本文集中討論進入新世紀(jì)以來特別是我國社會經(jīng)濟發(fā)展進入新常態(tài)以來,國民收入宏觀分配結(jié)構(gòu)的演變及其特點,一方面考察所有制變化及經(jīng)濟機制改革的深入,對國民收入分配與再分配產(chǎn)生的深刻影響;另一方面考察宏觀分配結(jié)構(gòu)變化對微觀居民收入分配產(chǎn)生的影響。通過這種宏觀分配格局變化的考察,闡釋國民收入分配中的結(jié)構(gòu)性矛盾及其對經(jīng)濟發(fā)展和運行產(chǎn)生的影響,為深化供給側(cè)結(jié)構(gòu)性改革提供收入分配方面的理論分析。
[Abstract]:This paper focuses on the evolution and characteristics of the macro-distribution structure of national income since the beginning of the new century, especially since the social and economic development of our country entered the new normal. On the one hand, it examines the profound influence of the change of ownership and the reform of economic mechanism on the distribution and redistribution of national income; On the other hand, the influence of the change of macro-distribution structure on the micro-residents' income distribution is investigated. This paper expounds the structural contradiction in the distribution of national income and its influence on the economic development and operation, and provides a theoretical analysis of the income distribution for deepening the structural reform on the supply side.
