【摘要】：一個國家的金融發(fā)展水平對其經(jīng)濟發(fā)展水平有著至關重要的影響，二者之間存在著重要的相互作用關系，在不同的經(jīng)濟發(fā)展階段對應著不同的金融發(fā)展水平，而不同的金融發(fā)展水平又對經(jīng)濟的發(fā)展產(chǎn)生不同的影響。改革開放以來，中國經(jīng)濟獲得了快速發(fā)展和良好的成果，中國金融體系的迅速成長為中國經(jīng)濟的發(fā)展起到了巨大的支撐作用。目前中國正處于經(jīng)濟轉型的關鍵時期，研究在這一時期的金融支持作用對更好的制定相關的政策，引導中國經(jīng)濟快速、平穩(wěn)的過度和轉型有著重要的意義。農(nóng)業(yè)是一國經(jīng)濟的基礎，中國經(jīng)濟的成功轉型必然包含著中國農(nóng)村經(jīng)濟的成功轉型，，本文重點論述中國經(jīng)濟轉型和中國農(nóng)村經(jīng)濟轉型中的金融支持作用，這對充分發(fā)揮經(jīng)濟轉型中的金融支持作用有著重要的理論意義和現(xiàn)實意義。 文章首先對中國金融發(fā)展現(xiàn)狀、中國證券市場發(fā)展現(xiàn)狀、中國銀行體系發(fā)展現(xiàn)狀、中國金融中介機構發(fā)展現(xiàn)狀和中國農(nóng)村金融發(fā)展現(xiàn)狀做了詳細的分析，并對中國經(jīng)濟轉型時期的中國經(jīng)濟整體狀況和中國農(nóng)村經(jīng)濟整體狀況做了描述。然后運用ＶＡＲ模型以及基于ＶＡＲ模型的脈沖響應函數(shù)分析和方差分析分別對中國經(jīng)濟轉型和中國金融發(fā)展、中國農(nóng)村經(jīng)濟轉型分別與和中國農(nóng)村金融發(fā)展的關系做了計量分析，得出以下結論：第一，中國經(jīng)濟轉型與中國金融發(fā)展因素之間存在著長期穩(wěn)定和短期波動的關系；第二，金融發(fā)展規(guī)模的不斷增加對中國經(jīng)濟轉型起到了長期的促進作用，但中國金融發(fā)展規(guī)模的擴大主要依附于間接融資體系的擴張，導致了金融結構不平衡和金融效率低下的問題，從而致使金融效率對中國經(jīng)濟轉型的促進作用較低，金融結構不平衡對中國經(jīng)濟轉型具有負面的影響作用；第三，中國農(nóng)村經(jīng)濟轉型與中國農(nóng)村金融發(fā)展因素之間同樣表現(xiàn)為長期穩(wěn)定和短期波動的關系；第四，中國農(nóng)村金融規(guī)模的擴大，對有效防止農(nóng)村儲蓄資金外流，增加農(nóng)村信貸融資，減少農(nóng)村投融資成本起到了積極作用，由此其對中國農(nóng)村經(jīng)濟轉型的正向作用最大，而由于中國農(nóng)村金融發(fā)展處于較低階段，面臨的外部競爭因素多、內部經(jīng)營管控體系不健全等因素的影響，金融效率水平較低，導致金融效率對中國農(nóng)村經(jīng)濟轉型的促進作用很小，且長期中存在波動的狀態(tài)，中國農(nóng)村金融結構單一，金融產(chǎn)品單一等因素造成的金融結構發(fā)展不平衡，加之中國農(nóng)村非正式金融的存在，導致中國農(nóng)村金融結構對中國農(nóng)村經(jīng)濟轉型起到了負向的影響。最后，基于對現(xiàn)狀和計量結果的分析，給出了有關的結論和政策建議。
[Abstract]:A country's level of financial development has a crucial impact on the level of economic development, the important interaction exists between the two, in different stages of economic development corresponding to different levels of financial development, different effects of different levels of financial development and the economic development. Since the reform and opening up. Chinese economy gained rapid development and good results, the rapid growth of Chinese financial system to a great supporting role for the development of Chinese economy. At present Chinese is in a critical period of economic transformation, research on the financial support of this period to better formulate relevant policies, guide China economy fast, there is the important significance of smooth transition and transformation. Agriculture is the foundation of a country's economy, the successful transformation of China economy implies Chinese rural economic transformation successfully, the emphasis of this paper This paper discusses the role of financial support in China's economic transformation and China's rural economic transformation, which is of great theoretical and practical significance to give full play to the role of financial support in economic transformation.
Firstly, the status of Chinese financial development, the current situation of the development of Chinese securities market, the current situation of the development of China banking system, the current situation of the development of financial intermediaries and the status quo Chinese China rural financial development were analyzed in detail, and the overall situation of the period of economic transformation of the overall shape Chinese China economic conditions and Chinese rural economy is described. Then using VAR model based on the VAR model and impulse response function analysis and variance analysis of Chinese China economic transition and financial development, the relationship between rural economic restructuring and Chinese respectively and Chinese rural financial development made a quantitative analysis, draws the following conclusions: first, long-term stability and short-term fluctuation relationship between factors Chinese economic transition and financial development China; second, increasing the scale of financial development to promote the role of long-term economic transformation has to Chinese, But Chinese to expand the scale of financial development mainly depends on the indirect financing system expansion, leads to the unbalanced financial structure and financial inefficiencies, resulting in financial efficiency to promote economic transformation Chinese low, unbalanced financial structure has a negative impact on Chinese economic transformation; third, between Chinese rural economic factors the transformation and development of rural financial China also showed long-term stability and short-term fluctuation relationship; fourth, to expand the China rural financial scale, to effectively prevent the rural savings fund outflow, the increase of rural credit financing, reduce the cost of investment and financing has played a positive role, thus its positive effect on China rural economic transformation, and the China rural financial development in the lower stage, facing many external factors, internal management control system is not perfect and other factors. Ring, the level of financial efficiency is low, cause the financial efficiency of the Chinese rural economic restructuring effect is very small, and the long-term volatility state, Chinese rural single financial structure, financial structure caused by the development of a single financial products and other factors is not balanced, and the Chinese rural informal finance exists, leading to the China rural financial structure negative impact on rural economic transition from China. Finally, analysis on the present situation and the measurement results are given based on the relevant conclusions and policy recommendations.
