【摘要】：上世紀(jì)60年代中期到80年代初，我國在西南、西北內(nèi)陸地區(qū)進(jìn)行了一場以備戰(zhàn)為中心、以國防科技工業(yè)為重點(diǎn)，在交通運(yùn)輸、原材料、能源、機(jī)械電子、以及輕紡等方面取得巨大成就的經(jīng)濟(jì)建設(shè)運(yùn)動，史稱三線建設(shè)。通過三線建設(shè)，我國在大后方建立起了一個穩(wěn)固可靠的戰(zhàn)略基地，，不僅增強(qiáng)了我國的國防實(shí)力，而且對三線地區(qū)經(jīng)濟(jì)和社會的發(fā)展有很大的促進(jìn)作用。湖南是三線建設(shè)的一個重要省份，湘西地區(qū)因豐富的資源條件、復(fù)雜的地形狀況及獨(dú)特的地理位置，被納入全國“大三線”；同時湘東、湘南的10個縣市以及長沙、益陽、衡陽、雙牌、道縣等被列為湖南的“小三線”。湖南三線建設(shè)范圍廣、投資大、時間長，對湖南的經(jīng)濟(jì)和社會發(fā)展產(chǎn)生了深遠(yuǎn)的影響。與全國其它三線建設(shè)省份一樣，湖南三線建設(shè)取得了巨大成就，同時也存在著許多嚴(yán)重的問題。本文圍繞湖南三線建設(shè)，對其基本情況、歷程、主要項目及歷史評價與現(xiàn)實(shí)啟示做一個簡單的介紹和初步的探討。 全文由緒論、正文與結(jié)語三部分組成。 緒論概述選題研究意義、研究綜述、研究方法。 正文包括以下四個部分： 第一部分：湖南三線建設(shè)的基本情況。主要介紹三線建設(shè)戰(zhàn)略決策的形成，湖南進(jìn)行三線建設(shè)的客觀條件，湖南大小三線區(qū)域劃分等。 第二部分：湖南三線建設(shè)的基本歷程。與全國其它三線建設(shè)省份一樣，湖南三線建設(shè)的基本歷程分為全面展開，掀起高潮和逐步結(jié)束三個階段。 第三部分：湖南三線建設(shè)主要項目。包括實(shí)施項目的要素保障，項目主要內(nèi)容。 第四部分：湖南三線建設(shè)的歷史評價和現(xiàn)實(shí)啟示。本部分從湖南三線建設(shè)的主要成就與歷史意義，湖南三線建設(shè)存在的主要問題，以及湖南三線建設(shè)的現(xiàn)實(shí)啟示三個部分分別進(jìn)行論述。 結(jié)語部分，對湖南三線建設(shè)進(jìn)行簡要述評。
[Abstract]:In the middle of 60s to the beginning of 80s, our country in the southwest, northwest of a field to prepare for the center, the national defense science and technology industry as the focus, in transportation, energy, raw materials, machinery and electronics, economic development has made great achievements and textile etc., known as the three line construction by three. Line construction, our country in the rear area to establish a stable and reliable strategic base, not only strengthen the national defense capabilities, and economic and social development of the three line area has greatly promoted. Hunan is an important province in the three line construction, the Xiangxi area because of the abundant resources, complex the terrain and the unique geographical location, were included in the "third line"; at the same time, Eastern 10 counties in the south of Hunan and Changsha, Yiyang, Hengyang, Daoxian County Shuangpai, was listed as Hunan's "mistress line" in Hunan. The three line construction scope , large investment, long time, had a profound impact on Hunan's economic and social development. With the other three line construction provinces, three line construction in Hunan has made great achievements, there are also many serious problems. This paper focuses on the three line construction in Hunan, the course of the basic situation, do a brief introduction and preliminary discussion on the main items and evaluation of history and realistic enlightenment.

The introduction outlines the significance of the topic research, the research review and the research method.
The text includes the following four parts:
The first part: the basic situation of the three line construction in Hunan. It mainly introduces the formation of the strategic decision of the three line construction, the objective conditions of Hunan's three line construction, and the Hunan three line area division.
The second part: the basic course of the construction of the three line in Hunan. Like the other three line provinces in China, the basic course of Hunan three line construction is divided into three stages: the overall development, the climax and the gradual ending of the three stage.
The third part: the main projects of the construction of the three line of Hunan, including the elements guarantee of the implementation of the project and the main contents of the project.
The fourth part: the historical evaluation and practical enlightenment of the construction of Hunan three line. This part discusses the main achievements and historical significance of the three line construction in Hunan, the main problems in the three line construction of Hunan, and the three Practical Enlightenments of the three line construction in Hunan.
The concluding part gives a brief review of the construction of the three line of Hunan.
