【摘要】：綠色文明、生態(tài)文明興起的今天，產(chǎn)業(yè)生態(tài)化已然成為當(dāng)今產(chǎn)業(yè)發(fā)展的主旋律，并日益引起政府部門、學(xué)者和企業(yè)的關(guān)注。產(chǎn)業(yè)生態(tài)化是人類對(duì)傳統(tǒng)反生態(tài)特征的產(chǎn)業(yè)系統(tǒng)的反思，是人類踐行可持續(xù)發(fā)展思想過程中探尋出的一種能夠有效推動(dòng)產(chǎn)業(yè)持續(xù)、健康、穩(wěn)定發(fā)展的新型產(chǎn)業(yè)發(fā)展模式。當(dāng)前，國(guó)內(nèi)外學(xué)者圍繞產(chǎn)業(yè)生態(tài)化的相關(guān)理論、方法等進(jìn)行了大量的、富有成效的研究。但是，以流域作為基本研究單元，分析其經(jīng)濟(jì)、社會(huì)、生態(tài)環(huán)境，測(cè)度其產(chǎn)業(yè)生態(tài)化水平，確定產(chǎn)業(yè)生態(tài)化影響因素，探尋其產(chǎn)業(yè)生態(tài)化空間組織的研究尚不多見。針對(duì)這一問題，本文試圖在國(guó)內(nèi)外產(chǎn)業(yè)生態(tài)化相關(guān)研究的基礎(chǔ)上，以松花江流域吉林省段作為基本研究單元，分析其產(chǎn)業(yè)生態(tài)化發(fā)展的必要性和基礎(chǔ)條件，選取能夠科學(xué)、合理反映流域產(chǎn)業(yè)生態(tài)化水平的評(píng)價(jià)指標(biāo)體系，測(cè)度流域產(chǎn)業(yè)生態(tài)化水平，確定流域產(chǎn)業(yè)生態(tài)化的影響因素，最后對(duì)流域產(chǎn)業(yè)生態(tài)化的空間組織進(jìn)行分析。 本文共分為四個(gè)部分： 第一部分對(duì)產(chǎn)業(yè)生態(tài)化相關(guān)理論和國(guó)內(nèi)外研究進(jìn)展進(jìn)行綜述。對(duì)產(chǎn)業(yè)生態(tài)化的相關(guān)概念進(jìn)行辨析、相關(guān)理論進(jìn)行回顧、國(guó)內(nèi)外研究進(jìn)展進(jìn)行文獻(xiàn)綜述，實(shí)現(xiàn)對(duì)產(chǎn)業(yè)生態(tài)化的再認(rèn)識(shí)，進(jìn)一步明確本文的研究?jī)?nèi)容、重難點(diǎn)。 第二部分是對(duì)流域產(chǎn)業(yè)生態(tài)化發(fā)展背景分析。分析了流域的經(jīng)濟(jì)、社會(huì)基礎(chǔ)，分析了流域生態(tài)環(huán)境及水環(huán)境質(zhì)量演變，總結(jié)出流域產(chǎn)業(yè)生態(tài)化發(fā)展的必要性和緊迫性；總結(jié)了流域的產(chǎn)業(yè)結(jié)構(gòu)及其演變特征，，對(duì)流域產(chǎn)業(yè)集聚進(jìn)行測(cè)度，從產(chǎn)業(yè)結(jié)構(gòu)角度論述了流域產(chǎn)業(yè)生態(tài)化發(fā)展的條件特征。 第三部分流域產(chǎn)業(yè)生態(tài)化發(fā)展水平和影響因素分析。本文選取了17項(xiàng)評(píng)價(jià)指標(biāo)，運(yùn)用熵權(quán)法確定指標(biāo)權(quán)重，運(yùn)用綜合指數(shù)法對(duì)流域產(chǎn)業(yè)生態(tài)化水平進(jìn)行測(cè)度，分析了流域產(chǎn)業(yè)生態(tài)化水平的動(dòng)態(tài)變化和空間差異，并進(jìn)一步對(duì)流域產(chǎn)業(yè)生態(tài)化影響因素進(jìn)行分析，探尋提高流域產(chǎn)業(yè)生態(tài)化水平的突破口。 第四部分流域產(chǎn)業(yè)生態(tài)化空間組織研究。合理的產(chǎn)業(yè)空間組織是促進(jìn)產(chǎn)業(yè)生態(tài)化發(fā)展的重要保障，因此，本文在測(cè)度產(chǎn)業(yè)生態(tài)化水平的基礎(chǔ)上，從流域尺度和園區(qū)尺度對(duì)流域產(chǎn)業(yè)生態(tài)化空間組織進(jìn)行分析，并選取典型案例進(jìn)行實(shí)證分析，總結(jié)流域產(chǎn)業(yè)生態(tài)化空間組織存在的問題，提出對(duì)策建議，明確流域產(chǎn)業(yè)生態(tài)化未來發(fā)展方向和重點(diǎn)領(lǐng)域。
[Abstract]:Green civilization, the rise of ecological civilization today, the ecological industry has become the main theme of industrial development, and increasingly cause government departments. The concern of scholars and enterprises. The ecologicalization of industry is the reflection of the traditional anti-ecological industrial system, and it is a kind of industry sustainable and healthy that can be effectively promoted by human beings in the process of carrying out the thought of sustainable development. At present, scholars at home and abroad have carried out a lot of fruitful research around the theories and methods of industrial ecology. However, watershed is the basic research unit. It is rare to analyze the economic, social and ecological environment, measure the ecological level of industry, determine the influencing factors and explore the spatial organization of ecological industry. This paper tries to analyze the necessity and basic conditions of industrial ecological development on the basis of the domestic and foreign industry ecological research, taking the Songhua River Basin Jilin Province as the basic research unit, and select the scientific. The evaluation index system which reasonably reflects the ecological level of watershed industry, measures the ecological level of watershed industry, determines the influencing factors of the ecological level of watershed industry, and finally analyzes the spatial organization of the ecological level of watershed industry. This paper is divided into four parts: The first part summarizes the related theories of industrial ecology and the domestic and foreign research progress. The related concepts of industrial ecology are analyzed, the relevant theories are reviewed, and the domestic and foreign research progress is reviewed. To realize the recognition of industry ecology, further clarify the research content of this paper, heavy difficulty. The second part is the analysis of the background of the ecological development of watershed industry, the analysis of the economic and social basis of the basin, the analysis of the basin ecological environment and water environment quality evolution. The necessity and urgency of ecological development of watershed industry are summarized. This paper summarizes the industrial structure of the watershed and its evolution characteristics, measures the industrial agglomeration of the watershed, and discusses the conditions for the ecological development of the basin industry from the angle of industrial structure. The third part is the analysis of the ecological development level and influencing factors of watershed industry. This paper selects 17 evaluation indexes and uses entropy weight method to determine the index weight. The comprehensive index method is used to measure the ecological level of watershed industry, and the dynamic changes and spatial differences of the ecological level of watershed industry are analyzed, and the influencing factors of the ecological level of watershed industry are further analyzed. To explore a breakthrough to improve the ecological level of watershed industry. 4th part of the watershed industrial ecological spatial organization research. Reasonable industrial spatial organization is an important guarantee to promote the development of industrial ecology, therefore, this paper measures the level of industrial ecological on the basis of. This paper analyzes the ecological spatial organization of watershed industry from watershed scale and park scale, and selects typical cases for empirical analysis, summarizes the problems existing in the ecological spatial organization of watershed industry, and puts forward some countermeasures and suggestions. Clarify the future development direction and key areas of ecological watershed industry.
