【摘要】：隨著中國對外開放的深入推進,鹽都區(qū)引進外資企業(yè)數(shù)不斷增多,利用外商直接投資規(guī)模不斷擴大,外向型經(jīng)濟取得長足發(fā)展。江蘇沿海開發(fā)戰(zhàn)略的實施,使得鹽都的經(jīng)濟又一次迎來了跨越式發(fā)展的機會。在此背景下,外商直接投資對鹽都區(qū)地方經(jīng)濟發(fā)展中GDP的影響情況進行專題分析與研究,有利于鹽都區(qū)適時制定和調(diào)整利用國外投資發(fā)展經(jīng)濟的政策,促進區(qū)域經(jīng)濟持續(xù)健康發(fā)展,進一步增強理論研究的現(xiàn)實意義。本文在對外商直接投資和經(jīng)濟增長基礎理論及國內(nèi)外文獻進行相關了解與研究的基礎上,以鹽都區(qū)2000-2012年外商直接投資和地區(qū)生產(chǎn)總值等數(shù)據(jù)為樣本,全面分析鹽都區(qū)外商直接投資的發(fā)展、現(xiàn)狀、存在問題。使用二元VAR模型,探究不同投資方式的FDI對鹽都區(qū)GDP的影響。通過格蘭杰因果關系檢驗,證明鹽都區(qū)外資企業(yè)、獨資企業(yè)和合資企業(yè)FDl分別與GDP之間存在單向格蘭杰因果關系,FDI是因,GDP是果；合作企業(yè)FDI與GDP之間不存在格蘭杰因果關系。最后,在總結(jié)前文分析的基礎上,對鹽都區(qū)利用外資提出政策性建議。
[Abstract]:With the deepening of China's opening to the outside world, the number of foreign-funded enterprises in Yandu District has been increasing, the scale of foreign direct investment has been expanding, the export-oriented economy has made considerable progress, and the implementation of Jiangsu coastal development strategy. In this context, the impact of foreign direct investment on the local economic development of Yandu area is analyzed and studied. In order to promote the sustainable and healthy development of regional economy, it is beneficial to formulate and adjust the policies of utilizing foreign investment to develop the economy in Yandu district. Further enhance the practical significance of theoretical research. This paper based on the basic theory of foreign direct investment and economic growth and domestic and foreign literature on the basis of understanding and research. Taking the data of foreign direct investment (FDI) and regional gross domestic product (GDP) from 2000 to 2012 as samples, this paper comprehensively analyzes the development, current situation and existing problems of foreign direct investment (FDI) in Yandu district. The dual VAR model is used. Through Granger causality test, it is proved that the foreign-funded enterprises in Yandu district. There is a one-way Granger causality relationship between FDl and GDP in sole proprietorship and joint venture. There is no Granger causality between FDI and GDP. Finally, on the basis of summarizing the previous analysis, the paper puts forward some policy suggestions on the utilization of foreign capital in Yandu district.
