【摘要】：全面推進"一帶一路"建設不僅需要與各國展開密切的經(jīng)濟合作,還需要提升中國國際認同以獲得政治和社會支持。"一帶一路"建設中影響中國國家認同的主障礙是長久以來利益博弈造成的思想沖突、偏見和誤解,集中表現(xiàn)為:"一帶一路"沿線國家對重返古"朝貢體系"和新"馬歇爾計劃"的憂慮;美國和日本等國家對力量失衡引起的秩序重構(gòu)及對中國崛起的不滿與焦慮;跨文明交流引發(fā)的文化沖突等。借助歷史唯物主義的宏大視野和理性工具,創(chuàng)造性地發(fā)揮中國先進意識形態(tài)的服務性功能、防御性功能和建設性功能,構(gòu)建人類利益責任命運文化共同體。這不僅能夠促使"一帶一路"建設達成經(jīng)濟目標和助推中國國際認同,又能實現(xiàn)其推動中國國家安全與發(fā)展的價值指向。
[Abstract]:Advancing the construction of "Belt and Road" in an all-round way requires not only close economic cooperation with other countries. It is also necessary to promote China's international identity to obtain political and social support. The main obstacle to China's national identity in the construction of "Belt and Road" is the ideological conflict, prejudice and misunderstanding caused by the game of interests for a long time. The main manifestations are as follows: the anxiety of the countries along the route of "Belt and Road" to return to the ancient "tributary system" and the new "Marshall Plan"; The United States and Japan and other countries to the power imbalance caused by the restructuring of the order and China's rise of dissatisfaction and anxiety; With the help of historical materialism's grand vision and rational tools, we can creatively bring into play the service, defensive and constructive functions of China's advanced ideology. The construction of a cultural community of human interests, responsibility and destiny, which can not only promote the "Belt and Road" construction to achieve economic goals and promote China's international identity, but also realize its value direction of promoting China's national security and development.
