【摘要】："一帶一路"戰(zhàn)略是新時(shí)期國(guó)家主導(dǎo)的、全面深化改革開放與發(fā)展的國(guó)家戰(zhàn)略�；隈R克思主義地理學(xué)視角的不平衡地理發(fā)展理論,分析"一帶一路"戰(zhàn)略的資本流動(dòng)及其對(duì)空間格局的影響。研究發(fā)現(xiàn):"一帶一路"是構(gòu)建資本轉(zhuǎn)移與流動(dòng)的地域組織,為資本再地域化提供了社會(huì)活動(dòng)平臺(tái)。從國(guó)內(nèi)來看,"一帶一路"建設(shè)使資本加速向國(guó)內(nèi)的邊疆地區(qū)和內(nèi)陸地區(qū)流動(dòng),使得我國(guó)原本較為落后的東北、西北、西南和廣大內(nèi)陸地區(qū)"嵌入"資本循環(huán)網(wǎng)絡(luò),實(shí)現(xiàn)資本生產(chǎn)與再生產(chǎn);從國(guó)際來看,"一帶一路"戰(zhàn)略是應(yīng)對(duì)資本積累危機(jī)的解決途徑,通過尺度重組和地域重構(gòu),構(gòu)建起了國(guó)際性資本轉(zhuǎn)移與流動(dòng)的社會(huì)活動(dòng)平臺(tái),促進(jìn)資本在更大范圍內(nèi)流動(dòng)和修復(fù)資本積累體系,推動(dòng)了全球化發(fā)展的繼
[Abstract]:The "Belt and Road" strategy is a national strategy for comprehensively deepening the reform and opening up and development in the new era. It is based on the theory of unbalanced geographical development from the perspective of Marxist geography. This paper analyzes the capital flow of the "Belt and Road" strategy and its influence on the spatial pattern. It is found that Belt and Road is a regional organization for the construction of capital transfer and flow. From the domestic point of view, the construction of "Belt and Road" accelerates the capital flow to the border areas and inland areas of the country, making our country more backward northeast, northwest. Southwest and vast inland area "embed" the capital circulation network, realizes the capital production and the reproduction; From the international point of view, "Belt and Road" strategy is a solution to the crisis of capital accumulation. Through the scale reorganization and regional reconstruction, the social platform of international capital transfer and flow has been constructed. To promote the capital flow in a wider range and to repair the capital accumulation system, thus promoting the development of globalization.
