【摘要】：進(jìn)入21世紀(jì)后人口老齡化程度在逐漸加深，人口老齡化問(wèn)題已經(jīng)成為世界性熱點(diǎn)話題，尤其在發(fā)達(dá)國(guó)家。作為世界上的人口大國(guó)，人口問(wèn)題一直是我國(guó)最關(guān)注的話題之一，，自1999年進(jìn)入人口老齡化社會(huì)后，人口老齡化對(duì)社會(huì)各界的影響非常深刻，這使得社會(huì)各界更加關(guān)注老齡化問(wèn)題。老年人是一個(gè)特殊群體，他們的消費(fèi)習(xí)慣與其他年齡段人群的消費(fèi)習(xí)慣差距很大，因此老年人口增多必將會(huì)導(dǎo)致整個(gè)社會(huì)的消費(fèi)結(jié)構(gòu)發(fā)生重大變化。 河北省作為我國(guó)人口較多的省份之一，地處華北地區(qū)的腹心地帶，首都北京的外圍，其經(jīng)濟(jì)發(fā)展對(duì)我國(guó)具有重要的作用。河北省自1999年進(jìn)入人口老齡化社會(huì)，其程度已經(jīng)達(dá)到了世界平均水平，從統(tǒng)計(jì)局?jǐn)?shù)據(jù)可以看出老年人口比重仍在逐漸增加。河北省人口老齡化程度愈加嚴(yán)重必將導(dǎo)致消費(fèi)結(jié)構(gòu)發(fā)生變化，如果政府及市場(chǎng)未能及時(shí)針對(duì)這些變化做出相應(yīng)轉(zhuǎn)變，不僅會(huì)對(duì)社會(huì)造成損失，還會(huì)對(duì)老年人的生活造成不便，進(jìn)而影響全省的經(jīng)濟(jì)社會(huì)發(fā)展。因此，對(duì)河北省老齡消費(fèi)結(jié)構(gòu)影響的研究迫在眉睫。 本文通過(guò)對(duì)1992年到2012年河北省城鎮(zhèn)居民消費(fèi)結(jié)構(gòu)的變化基本情況的分析，總結(jié)河北省城鎮(zhèn)居民老齡化對(duì)消費(fèi)結(jié)構(gòu)產(chǎn)生的影響，并分別分析了對(duì)消費(fèi)品產(chǎn)生的影響，發(fā)現(xiàn)老年人在醫(yī)療保健、居住方面的需求越來(lái)越大。然后用灰色關(guān)聯(lián)度分析法，研究了河北省老年人口對(duì)消費(fèi)結(jié)構(gòu)的影響因素。得出結(jié)論：老年人對(duì)醫(yī)療保健、居住、食品、衣著等方面的消費(fèi)支出影響較大，而對(duì)其他消費(fèi)支出的影響較小。最后，基于上文分析的基礎(chǔ)上提出了促進(jìn)河北省人口老齡化消費(fèi)結(jié)構(gòu)優(yōu)化的政策建議：市場(chǎng)應(yīng)該針對(duì)老年人的消費(fèi)特點(diǎn)，開(kāi)發(fā)適合老年人的各項(xiàng)消費(fèi)品，只有這樣才能保障老年人的各項(xiàng)權(quán)利，提高老年人的生活質(zhì)量，滿(mǎn)足老年人的特殊需求。
[Abstract]:Since 21th century, the degree of population aging is gradually deepening, the problem of population aging has become a hot topic in the world, especially in developed countries, as a large population in the world. Population problem has always been one of the most concerned topics in our country. Since 1999, the aging of the population has had a profound impact on all walks of life. This makes the society pay more attention to the problem of aging. The elderly is a special group, their consumption habits and other age groups are very different from the consumption habits. Therefore, the increase in the elderly population will inevitably lead to major changes in the consumption structure of the whole society. As one of the most populous provinces in China, Hebei Province is located in the heart of North China and the periphery of the capital, Beijing. Its economic development plays an important role in our country. Since 1999, Hebei Province has entered the aging society of population, its degree has reached the world average level. From the statistics data, we can see that the proportion of the elderly population is still increasing gradually. The more serious the population aging in Hebei Province is, the more serious the consumption structure will be. If the government and the market fail to make corresponding changes to these changes in time, it will not only cause losses to the society, but also cause inconvenience to the life of the elderly, and then affect the economic and social development of the province. It is urgent to study the influence of aging consumption structure in Hebei Province. Based on the analysis of the changes in the consumption structure of urban residents in Hebei Province from 1992 to 2012, this paper summarizes the impact of the aging of urban residents in Hebei Province on the consumption structure. And analyzed the impact of consumer goods, found that the elderly in health care, housing needs are growing. Then the grey correlation analysis method. This paper studies the influence factors of the elderly population on the consumption structure in Hebei Province, and draws the conclusion that the elderly have a great influence on the consumption expenditure in the aspects of medical care, residence, food, clothing and so on. Finally, based on the above analysis of the basis of promoting the population aging in Hebei Province to optimize the consumption structure of the policy recommendations: the market should be targeted at the characteristics of the elderly consumption. Only in this way can we guarantee the rights of the elderly, improve their quality of life and meet their special needs.
