【摘要】：正省委十屆七次全會審議通過的《中共吉林省委吉林省人民政府關(guān)于深入實(shí)施創(chuàng)新驅(qū)動(dòng)發(fā)展戰(zhàn)略推動(dòng)老工業(yè)基地全面振興的若干意見》,對我省深入實(shí)施創(chuàng)新驅(qū)動(dòng)發(fā)展戰(zhàn)略,推動(dòng)以科技創(chuàng)新為核心的全面創(chuàng)新,促進(jìn)產(chǎn)業(yè)轉(zhuǎn)型升級工作進(jìn)行了全面部署。創(chuàng)新驅(qū)動(dòng)是振興東北老工業(yè)基地的現(xiàn)實(shí)需要,通過科技創(chuàng)新可以推動(dòng)產(chǎn)業(yè)向集聚、融合、高端發(fā)展,實(shí)現(xiàn)產(chǎn)業(yè)的轉(zhuǎn)型、優(yōu)化和升級,進(jìn)而促進(jìn)吉林老工業(yè)基地的新一輪振興。
[Abstract]:The "opinions of the Jilin Provincial people's Government of the CPC Jilin Provincial Committee on implementing the Strategy of Innovation-Driven Development to promote the All-round Revitalization of the Old Industrial bases" adopted by the Seventh Plenary session of the 10th session of the CPC Central Committee. This paper makes a comprehensive arrangement to carry out the strategy of innovation-driven development, promote the comprehensive innovation with science and technology innovation as the core, and promote the industrial transformation and upgrading. The innovation-driven is the realistic need of revitalizing the old industrial base in Northeast China. Scientific and technological innovation can promote the industry to agglomeration, integration, high-end development, achieve industrial transformation, optimization and upgrading, and then promote the old industrial base of Jilin a new round of revitalization.
