【摘要】：馬克思公共性思想為"一帶一路"建設(shè)提供重要思想資源。真正共同體、公共利益、公共價(jià)值與公共實(shí)踐共同構(gòu)成"一帶一路"倡議的合理性基礎(chǔ),揭示了"一帶一路"的實(shí)質(zhì)是一種公共性存在,它是作為"我們"的存在而不是作為"我"的存在,沿線國(guó)家是作為"主人"的存在而不是作為"客人"的存在,是在共商、共建的基礎(chǔ)上的共同實(shí)踐,而達(dá)到以共享為目的的國(guó)際協(xié)作并有其主權(quán)歸屬的建設(shè)成果。
[Abstract]:Marx's public thought provides important ideological resources for the construction of "Belt and Road". The real community, public interest, public value and public practice constitute the rational foundation of Belt and Road's initiative. It reveals that the essence of Belt and Road is a kind of public existence, which is the existence of "us" rather than the existence of "me". The countries along the route are the existence of "host" rather than "guest", which is the common practice on the basis of co-negotiation and co-construction. And to achieve the goal of international cooperation for the purpose of sharing and has its sovereignty over the achievements of the construction.
