【摘要】：正近年來,我國(guó)經(jīng)濟(jì)發(fā)展進(jìn)入轉(zhuǎn)型升級(jí)的新常態(tài),經(jīng)濟(jì)增長(zhǎng)動(dòng)力、資源要素等約束條件發(fā)生了明顯變化,且宏觀經(jīng)濟(jì)由以總量性失衡為主轉(zhuǎn)為以結(jié)構(gòu)性失衡為主,經(jīng)濟(jì)下行壓力仍未擺脫。而放眼世界,整體經(jīng)濟(jì)復(fù)蘇艱難,影響經(jīng)濟(jì)發(fā)展的不穩(wěn)定因素增多。面對(duì)錯(cuò)綜復(fù)雜的國(guó)內(nèi)外局勢(shì),粗放型發(fā)展的傳統(tǒng)模式已難以為繼。與此同時(shí),在我國(guó)大力推進(jìn)供給側(cè)結(jié)構(gòu)性改革的過程中發(fā)現(xiàn),傳統(tǒng)發(fā)展模式的動(dòng)
[Abstract]:In recent years, China's economic development has entered a new normal of transformation and upgrading, economic growth momentum, resource factors and other constraints have changed significantly. And the macro-economy has changed from the gross imbalance to the structural imbalance, and the downward pressure of the economy is still in the way of the whole world, and the overall economic recovery is difficult. The unstable factors affecting economic development are increasing. In the face of complicated domestic and foreign situation, the traditional mode of extensive development is difficult to continue. In the course of vigorously promoting supply-side structural reform in China, it is found that the traditional development model is moving.
