【摘要】：改革開放后,延邊朝鮮族自治州民族經(jīng)濟(jì)取得了突出的成就,在同其他少數(shù)民族地區(qū)相比時(shí)延邊朝鮮族自治州民族經(jīng)濟(jì)的快速發(fā)展更顯突出。延邊自治州經(jīng)濟(jì)發(fā)展中的一個(gè)不可忽視的因素便是韓國,改革開放尤其是中韓建交后,延邊與韓國的經(jīng)濟(jì)交流不斷加深,推動(dòng)了延邊自治州民族經(jīng)濟(jì)、特別是涉外經(jīng)濟(jì)的發(fā)展。本文以20世紀(jì)90年代中韓建交到21世紀(jì)初年的這十多年為研究時(shí)間段,分析在中韓建交后十多年的時(shí)間里延邊涉外經(jīng)濟(jì)中韓國經(jīng)濟(jì)因素的變化,重點(diǎn)剖析、歸納延邊與韓國經(jīng)濟(jì)交流對延邊朝鮮族自治州帶來的影響,試為延邊涉外經(jīng)濟(jì)中出現(xiàn)的問題提出一定的解決方案。第一部分:進(jìn)行背景敘述,介紹中國朝鮮族的遷入過程、人口現(xiàn)狀等情況;再概括中國共產(chǎn)成立以來實(shí)施的民族區(qū)域自治制度,介紹延邊朝鮮族自治州的發(fā)展情況。第二部分:總結(jié)延邊朝鮮族自治州與韓國的四種經(jīng)濟(jì)交流:延邊與韓國的進(jìn)出口貿(mào)易往來情況;韓國對延邊的投資狀況;韓國旅游客在延邊國際旅游業(yè)中所起的作用;延邊對韓勞務(wù)輸出的過程及其他相關(guān)情況。第三部分:對應(yīng)第二部分延邊對韓經(jīng)濟(jì)交流中的貿(mào)易、投資、旅游、勞務(wù)四個(gè)方面,分析這四個(gè)方面的交流對延邊朝鮮族自治州產(chǎn)生的積極、消極影響并提出相關(guān)應(yīng)對措施。第四部分:總結(jié)韓國經(jīng)濟(jì)因素在延邊開放發(fā)展中的獨(dú)特作用,對今后韓國經(jīng)濟(jì)因素在延邊涉外經(jīng)濟(jì)發(fā)展中的作用趨勢及影響進(jìn)行一定的分析,并對延邊涉外經(jīng)濟(jì)提出改進(jìn)建議。
[Abstract]:After the reform and opening up, Yanbian Korean Autonomous Prefecture national economy has made outstanding achievements. Compared with other minority areas, Yanbian Korean Autonomous Prefecture's rapid economic development is more prominent. Yanbian Autonomous Prefecture's economic development is one of the factors that can not be ignored. After the reform and opening up, especially after the establishment of diplomatic relations between China and South Korea, the economic exchanges between Yanbian and South Korea continued to deepen, which promoted the national economy of Yanbian Autonomous Prefecture. Especially the development of foreign-related economy. This paper takes the ten years between 1990s and 21th century as the research period. This paper analyzes the changes of Korean economic factors in Yanbian's foreign-related economy in the ten years since the establishment of diplomatic relations between China and South Korea, and summarizes the influence of Yanbian and Korea's economic exchanges on Yanbian Korean Autonomous Prefecture. This paper tries to put forward some solutions to the problems in Yanbian's foreign-related economy. The first part is background narration, introducing the process of Chinese Korean nationality's moving in, the current situation of population and so on; Then summarizes the implementation of the Chinese Communist Party since the establishment of regional national autonomy system. This paper introduces the development of Yanbian Korean Autonomous Prefecture. The second part summarizes four kinds of economic exchanges between Yanbian Korean Autonomous Prefecture and South Korea: the import and export trade between Yanbian and Korea; South Korea's investment in Yanbian; The role of Korean tourists in Yanbian's international tourism industry; Yanbian to Korea labor export process and other related situations. Part three: the second part of Yanbian trade, investment, tourism, labor services in the economic exchange of four aspects. This paper analyzes the positive and negative effects of these four aspects of communication on Yanbian Korean Autonomous Prefecture and puts forward relevant countermeasures. Part 4th: summarizes the unique role of Korean economic factors in Yanbian's open development. This paper analyzes the function trend and influence of Korean economic factors in Yanbian's foreign economic development in the future, and puts forward some suggestions for improving Yanbian's foreign-related economy.
