【摘要】:基于三次經(jīng)濟普查和第二次基本單位普查的數(shù)據(jù),利用LISA分析和空間面板杜賓模型,分析了軌道交通對北京產(chǎn)業(yè)發(fā)展的空間影響。結(jié)果顯示:軌道交通設施所在的街道、鄉(xiāng)、鎮(zhèn)及鄰近區(qū)域的總就業(yè)和服務業(yè)都能從本地軌道交通的發(fā)展中受益,而軌道交通設施所在的區(qū)域及周邊區(qū)域不適合發(fā)展制造業(yè);面對軌道交通的發(fā)展,生產(chǎn)性服務業(yè)會在軌道交通設施所在的街道、鄉(xiāng)、鎮(zhèn)及"集聚經(jīng)濟"影響范圍內(nèi)的鄰近區(qū)域發(fā)展,而公共服務業(yè)和生活服務業(yè)的空間布局則是本地化的;零售業(yè)對交通成本更敏感,傾向于在軌道交通設施所在的街道、鄉(xiāng)、鎮(zhèn)布局,周邊區(qū)域?qū)ζ湮Σ淮?本地和周邊區(qū)域的金融業(yè)和餐飲業(yè)均能從軌道交通的發(fā)展中獲益。
[Abstract]:Based on the data of the third economic census and the second basic unit census, the LISA analysis and the spatial panel Dobbin model are used. This paper analyzes the spatial impact of rail transit on the industrial development of Beijing. The results show that the total employment and service industry of the streets, townships, towns and adjacent areas where the rail transit facilities are located can benefit from the development of local rail transit. However, the region where the rail transit facilities are located and the surrounding areas are not suitable for the development of manufacturing industry; In the face of the development of rail transit, the producer service industry will develop in the streets, townships, towns and adjacent areas of the "agglomeration economy" where the rail transit facilities are located. The spatial distribution of public service industry and life service industry is localized. The retail trade is more sensitive to the transportation cost, and tends to be located in the street, township, town layout of rail transit facilities, the surrounding area is not attractive to it; Local and regional finance and restaurants can benefit from the development of rail transit.
