【摘要】：遼寧省作為東部沿海省份,既是一個比較發(fā)達的經(jīng)濟大省、工業(yè)化大省,也是一個現(xiàn)代農(nóng)業(yè)發(fā)展較快的省份。然而在近二十年來社會主義市場經(jīng)濟的發(fā)展過程中,隨著工業(yè)化與城鎮(zhèn)化進程的不斷加快,城鄉(xiāng)居民收入差距卻呈現(xiàn)出不斷擴大的態(tài)勢,這既影響著遼寧省經(jīng)濟的協(xié)調(diào)穩(wěn)步發(fā)展,同時也是困擾遼寧省社會經(jīng)濟健康可持續(xù)發(fā)展的重要問題之一。因此本文選擇了遼寧省城鄉(xiāng)居民收入差距作為研究對象,試圖從城鄉(xiāng)居民收入差距的現(xiàn)狀與原因、影響因素與程度及解決對策等方面開展較系統(tǒng)地研究,同時對發(fā)展農(nóng)村經(jīng)濟、增加農(nóng)民收入的對策研究,為如何縮小遼寧省城鄉(xiāng)居民收入差距提供理論依據(jù),為政府相關(guān)部門制定經(jīng)濟政策提供支持,對全面構(gòu)建和諧社會及社會收入分配的改革具有重要現(xiàn)實意義。本文數(shù)據(jù)來自于遼寧省和全國歷年的統(tǒng)計年鑒,論文采用不同的指標對遼寧省城鄉(xiāng)居民收入差距變動趨勢進行了統(tǒng)計分析,結(jié)果表明,1995～2015年期間城鄉(xiāng)居民收入水平及其差距分別呈現(xiàn)出上升和擴大的趨勢。進而本文運用多元線性回歸法、主成分分析法、誤差修正模型等分析方法,從不同方面對遼寧省城鄉(xiāng)居民收入差距的影響因素進行了實證分析,結(jié)果表明,農(nóng)業(yè)產(chǎn)值占地區(qū)GDP的比重、農(nóng)業(yè)投入占財政支出的比重、城鄉(xiāng)二元對比系數(shù)及農(nóng)村固定資產(chǎn)投資占全社會固定資產(chǎn)投資比等因素都在一定程度上影響著遼寧省城鄉(xiāng)居民的收入差距。最后,提出了縮小遼寧省城鄉(xiāng)居民收入差距的對策建議。
[Abstract]:As the eastern coastal province Liaoning Province, a relatively developed economy is a big province, industrialized province, is also a modern agricultural development in the provinces. However, in the process of the development of the socialist market economy in recent twenty years, with the industrialization and urbanization process accelerating, the income gap between urban and rural residents is expanding this situation not only affects the coordination of Liaoning province economy steady development, is also one of the important problems plagued the healthy and sustainable development of social economy in Liaoning province. This paper chose the income gap between urban and rural residents in Liaoning Province as the research object, attempts from the current situation and reasons of the income gap between urban and rural residents, and the degree of influence factors and countermeasures. To carry out systematic research, at the same time, the development of the rural economy, increase farmers' income as the countermeasure research, how to narrow the urban-rural income gap in Liaoning Province To provide a theoretical basis to provide support for the relevant government departments to formulate economic policy, has important practical significance to construct the harmonious society and the reform of social income distribution. The data from the statistical yearbook of Liaoning province and the country over the years, the different indexes were analyzed, the trend of change of the income gap between urban and rural residents in Liaoning province showed that 1995, the income of urban and rural residents during 2015 and gap respectively showed a rising trend and expand. And then this paper uses multiple linear regression method, principal component analysis, error correction model and analysis method, the empirical analysis of influencing factors from different aspects of the income gap between urban and rural residents in Liaoning Province, the results show that the value of agricultural output area accounted for the proportion of GDP, the agricultural investment accounted for the proportion of fiscal expenditure of two yuan in urban and rural areas and the contrast coefficient of rural fixed assets investment accounted for the whole society Fixed assets investment ratio and other factors affect the income gap between urban and rural residents in Liaoning province to a certain extent. Finally, countermeasures and suggestions for narrowing the income gap between urban and rural residents in Liaoning province are put forward.
