【摘要】：降低稅負(fù)和推進(jìn)市場(chǎng)化改革是供給側(cè)結(jié)構(gòu)性改革的題中之義。本文利用我國(guó)的省級(jí)面板數(shù)據(jù),聯(lián)合考察了宏觀稅負(fù)、市場(chǎng)化及其交互項(xiàng)對(duì)經(jīng)濟(jì)增長(zhǎng)的影響,發(fā)現(xiàn)宏觀稅負(fù)對(duì)經(jīng)濟(jì)增長(zhǎng)的作用會(huì)受到市場(chǎng)化程度的影響,同時(shí)市場(chǎng)化對(duì)經(jīng)濟(jì)增長(zhǎng)的作用也會(huì)受到宏觀稅負(fù)水平的影響。因此,我們要結(jié)合市場(chǎng)化的進(jìn)程,并從促進(jìn)經(jīng)濟(jì)增長(zhǎng)的角度來(lái)思考稅負(fù)水平的問(wèn)題。在當(dāng)前供給側(cè)結(jié)構(gòu)性改革的背景下,我們應(yīng)該積極地推動(dòng)市場(chǎng)化改革進(jìn)程以發(fā)揮市場(chǎng)在資源配置中的決定作用,并且要適度地降低宏觀稅負(fù)水平,如此方能有效地促進(jìn)經(jīng)濟(jì)的長(zhǎng)期穩(wěn)定增長(zhǎng)。
[Abstract]:The paper uses the provincial panel data of our country to examine the effect of macro - tax , marketization and its interaction on the economic growth . At the same time , we should consider the effect of macro - tax burden , marketization and its interaction on economic growth . At the same time , we should consider the problem of the level of tax burden in the context of the structural reform of the current supply side .
