【摘要】:作為最大的發(fā)展中國(guó)家,中國(guó)個(gè)人收入和教育問(wèn)題得到了廣泛關(guān)注,然而,由于數(shù)據(jù)收集等方面的困難,相關(guān)領(lǐng)域?qū)τ诩彝ケ尘凹皩W(xué)校質(zhì)量等方面的研究進(jìn)展緩慢。本著促進(jìn)我國(guó)教育經(jīng)濟(jì)學(xué)發(fā)展的初衷,本文研究了影響中國(guó)城鎮(zhèn)居民個(gè)人收入和教育收益率的學(xué)校因素和家庭因素及其變化趨勢(shì)。 在相關(guān)的研究中,數(shù)據(jù)和研究方法的局限性所導(dǎo)致的隱藏能力一直存在,而隱藏能力所產(chǎn)生的個(gè)體異質(zhì)性在收入決定中的重要性已經(jīng)引起了廣泛關(guān)注,將其忽略將導(dǎo)致收入回報(bào)率估計(jì)的偏差。多數(shù)文獻(xiàn)希望采用更高級(jí)的計(jì)量方法予以修正來(lái)得到更加準(zhǔn)確的教育收益率,但對(duì)于隱藏能力的成因及影響并沒(méi)有充分且具體的研究。作者認(rèn)為:包括所有教育和家庭因素的前者決定了一個(gè)人絕大部分的隱藏能力,而后者簡(jiǎn)化為僅用工作經(jīng)驗(yàn)表示,進(jìn)而試圖通過(guò)個(gè)體進(jìn)入社會(huì)前的影響因素來(lái)表達(dá)隱藏能力對(duì)個(gè)人收入和教育收益率的影響。本文主要采用CHIP1995和CHIP2002的全面詳實(shí)的微觀數(shù)據(jù),對(duì)父母收入、父母職業(yè)地位、學(xué)校質(zhì)量、在校表現(xiàn)等因素對(duì)個(gè)人收入影響進(jìn)行了回歸分析,給出了它們與收入及教育回報(bào)率的關(guān)系,通過(guò)逐步回歸分析及顯著性檢驗(yàn)對(duì)它們的重要性進(jìn)行了比較,并對(duì)兩次調(diào)查數(shù)據(jù)結(jié)果展現(xiàn)出的社會(huì)變遷進(jìn)行了探討。另外,本文還就相關(guān)數(shù)據(jù)進(jìn)行了橫向比較。 通過(guò)OLS回歸和逐步回歸發(fā)現(xiàn):父母收入對(duì)子女收入有著重要的正的作用,這很大程度上說(shuō)明了經(jīng)濟(jì)能力和經(jīng)濟(jì)權(quán)力的代際傳承性,而不同于一般理解的是,較高的父母職業(yè)地位對(duì)子女收入的影響系數(shù)為負(fù),本文認(rèn)為這是家庭教育缺失所帶來(lái)的結(jié)果;大學(xué)質(zhì)量和在中學(xué)階段的表現(xiàn)是影響個(gè)人收入和教育收益率的重要的學(xué)校因素,但中學(xué)質(zhì)量對(duì)個(gè)人收入的影響并不大;數(shù)據(jù)及結(jié)果的時(shí)間變遷說(shuō)明了,我國(guó)社會(huì)變革在勞動(dòng)市場(chǎng)和居民教育的進(jìn)步上體現(xiàn)出了良好效果,而橫向比較則表明,我國(guó)科教興國(guó)的道路任重道遠(yuǎn)。
[Abstract]:As the largest developing country, China's personal income and education issues have received extensive attention, however, due to data collection and other difficulties. The research on family background and school quality in related fields has made slow progress, in line with the original intention of promoting the development of educational economics in China. This paper studies the school and family factors and their changing trends that affect the personal income and educational return rate of Chinese urban residents. In the related research, the hidden ability caused by the limitation of data and research methods has always existed, and the importance of individual heterogeneity caused by hiding ability in income decision has attracted wide attention. Ignoring it will lead to the deviation of income rate of return estimation. Most literatures hope to use more advanced measurement method to correct it to get more accurate education return rate. However, there is not enough and specific research on the causes and effects of hiding ability. The author believes that the former, which includes all the factors of education and family, determines most of a person's hidden ability. The latter is simplified to be expressed only in terms of work experience. Then it tries to express the influence of concealment ability on individual income and education return rate by influencing factors before individuals enter into society. This paper mainly adopts CHIP1995 and CHIP2002's comprehensive and detailed micro. Watch the data. Regression analysis was made on the effects of parents' income, parents' professional status, school quality and school performance on personal income, and the relationship between them and income and return on education was given. Through stepwise regression analysis and significance test, this paper compares their importance, and discusses the social changes shown by the results of the two surveys. This paper also carries on the horizontal comparison to the related data. Through OLS regression and stepwise regression, it is found that parental income plays an important and positive role in children's income, which to a large extent explains the intergenerational inheritance of economic ability and economic power. What is different from the general understanding is that the influence coefficient of higher parents' professional status on their children's income is negative, which is the result of the lack of family education. The university quality and the performance in the middle school stage are the important school factors which influence the personal income and the education return rate, but the middle school quality does not have the big influence to the personal income; The time changes of the data and the results show that the social transformation in our country has shown a good effect in the progress of labor market and resident education, while the horizontal comparison shows that the road of rejuvenating the country through science and education has a long way to go.
