【摘要】：學(xué)者們一直熱衷于研究金融與經(jīng)濟(jì)發(fā)展之間的相互影響關(guān)系。通過對(duì)金融發(fā)展與經(jīng)濟(jì)發(fā)展之間的關(guān)系研究，探討金融發(fā)展與經(jīng)濟(jì)發(fā)展的相互關(guān)系，使金融發(fā)展能夠更好地為經(jīng)濟(jì)發(fā)展服務(wù)。 重慶作為西部地區(qū)唯一的直轄市，有其自身的發(fā)展優(yōu)勢(shì)，如自然資源豐富，政策優(yōu)惠，成熟的產(chǎn)業(yè)環(huán)境，比較顯著的人才優(yōu)勢(shì)等；同時(shí)重慶的發(fā)展面臨著重要的戰(zhàn)略轉(zhuǎn)型期，亟需優(yōu)化升級(jí)產(chǎn)業(yè)結(jié)構(gòu)，推進(jìn)金融體制改革，完善金融體系等。如何依托金融發(fā)展與經(jīng)濟(jì)發(fā)展之間的相互促進(jìn)關(guān)系，把這些優(yōu)勢(shì)轉(zhuǎn)化為實(shí)際生產(chǎn)力，是重慶實(shí)現(xiàn)經(jīng)濟(jì)可持續(xù)發(fā)展面臨的重要課題。 本文基于金融發(fā)展理論的研究成果，以及國(guó)內(nèi)外對(duì)金融發(fā)展與經(jīng)濟(jì)發(fā)展之間的關(guān)系的實(shí)證研究，提出了金融發(fā)展與經(jīng)濟(jì)發(fā)展之間是密切相關(guān)的；根據(jù)重慶金融發(fā)展與經(jīng)濟(jì)發(fā)展的現(xiàn)狀，構(gòu)建了分析金融發(fā)展綜合水平和經(jīng)濟(jì)發(fā)展綜合水平的指標(biāo)體系；再搜集了重慶1997年到2012年間金融發(fā)展和經(jīng)濟(jì)發(fā)展的相關(guān)統(tǒng)計(jì)數(shù)據(jù)，利用主成分分析和因子分析，提出重慶的金融發(fā)展與經(jīng)濟(jì)發(fā)展之間是相互影響，而且這種影響具有地域性、差異性。最后結(jié)合重慶的發(fā)展特點(diǎn)及各區(qū)域版塊的發(fā)展特色，提出有針對(duì)性的對(duì)策建議，，主要有：深化金融體系改革，提高金融業(yè)規(guī)模及實(shí)力，優(yōu)化金融結(jié)構(gòu)和金融發(fā)展環(huán)境，提高金融效率，加大金融發(fā)展對(duì)經(jīng)濟(jì)發(fā)展的促進(jìn)、推動(dòng)作用。
[Abstract]:Scholars have been interested in studying the interrelationship between finance and economic development. By studying the relationship between financial development and economic development, we have discussed the relationship between financial development and economic development, so that financial development can better serve economic development.
Chongqing is the only municipality in the western region, have their own advantages, such as abundant natural resources, preferential policies, mature industry environment, obvious talent advantage; at the same time, the development of Chongqing is facing an important period of strategic transformation, to optimize and upgrade the industrial structure, promote the reform of the financial system, improve the financial system. How to rely on mutual promotion. The relationship between financial development and economic development, put these advantages into actual productivity, is an important task for Chongqing to achieve sustainable economic development is facing.
The results of this study based on the theory of financial development, both at home and abroad on the relationship between financial development and economic development of the empirical research, put forward between financial development and economic development are closely related; according to the current situation of Chongqing financial development and economic development, construct the index system of financial development level comprehensive level and economic development; Chongqing to collect data from 1997 to 2012 the financial development and economic development, the use of principal component analysis and factor analysis, put forward the development between Chongqing financial development and economy is mutual influence, and this influence has regional differences. Finally, combined with the development characteristics of the development and the characteristics of the Chongqing regional forum, put forward some suggestions, the main are: to deepen the reform of the financial system, increase the size and strength of the financial sector, optimize the financial structure and financial development Develop the environment, improve the financial efficiency, and increase the promotion of the financial development to the economic development.
