【摘要】:產(chǎn)業(yè)集聚是新經(jīng)濟(jì)地理學(xué)一個(gè)核心的研究命題。本文主要著眼于新經(jīng)濟(jì)地理學(xué)的研究視角,采用中國(guó)四大經(jīng)濟(jì)區(qū)中332個(gè)地級(jí)行政區(qū)的樣本數(shù)據(jù),對(duì)產(chǎn)業(yè)集聚影響工資差距的機(jī)制進(jìn)行驗(yàn)證,并揭示中國(guó)工資差距產(chǎn)生的深層次原因。本文首先通過(guò)對(duì)城市地理學(xué)、古典經(jīng)濟(jì)學(xué)和新經(jīng)濟(jì)地理學(xué)相關(guān)文獻(xiàn)的研究,嘗試梳理產(chǎn)業(yè)集聚對(duì)工資差距的影響機(jī)制,并挖掘工資差距的影響因素。其次,論文的主體部分主要采用了實(shí)證研究,即統(tǒng)計(jì)分析方法和構(gòu)建計(jì)量經(jīng)濟(jì)學(xué)的模型,分別從中國(guó)工資差距的測(cè)算和產(chǎn)業(yè)集聚對(duì)地區(qū)工資差距模型的檢驗(yàn)這兩大方面進(jìn)行研究。 本文的主要結(jié)論是:(1)我國(guó)的工資水平不斷提高,地區(qū)工資存在較大的差距,但是從2003年以后,我國(guó)的工資差距逐漸縮;(2)我國(guó)的工資差距主要是地區(qū)間的差距所引起的,其中,東部地區(qū)和西部地區(qū)的工資水平較高,中部和東北部地區(qū)的工資水平較低,地區(qū)之間的工資差距較大;(3)從工資差距的空間格局角度,本文發(fā)現(xiàn)我國(guó)工資在空間上存在明顯的集聚性,2001年到2010年,集聚的地級(jí)行政區(qū)數(shù)量不斷增多,得出產(chǎn)業(yè)集聚和地區(qū)工資存在明顯的空間相關(guān)性;(4)采用最小二乘法對(duì)回歸模型的各個(gè)變量進(jìn)行分析,研究表明產(chǎn)業(yè)集聚更加有利于工資水平的提高,而且對(duì)東部地區(qū)的影響比較顯著。東部地區(qū)產(chǎn)業(yè)集聚對(duì)工資的彈性系數(shù)為0.1916,其他三大地區(qū)產(chǎn)業(yè)集聚對(duì)工資也具有顯著的正效應(yīng)。因此,縮小地區(qū)工資差距可以從平衡各地區(qū)的產(chǎn)業(yè)集聚水平入手,結(jié)合地區(qū)的特色,建立合適的產(chǎn)業(yè)集聚區(qū)。
[Abstract]:Study on industrial agglomeration is a core proposition of new economic geography. This research mainly focuses on the new economic geography, using the sample data of 332 prefecture level administrative region China four economic zone, the industrial agglomeration effect mechanism of the wage gap is verified, and reveals the causes of the wage gap. Firstly, China based on the study of city geography, classical economics and new economic geography literature, try to influence mechanism on wage gap combing industrial agglomeration, and mining factors affect the wage gap. Secondly, the main part of the thesis mainly adopts empirical research, namely the method of statistical analysis and econometric model, respectively from the wage gap between the China calculation and test of industrial agglomeration on Regional Wage Gap Model of the two aspects of research.
The main conclusions of this paper are: (1) China's rising wages, there is a big gap in wages, but since 2003, China's wage gap has been gradually narrowing; (2) the wage gap is mainly caused by the gap between regions, the eastern region and western region higher wages, the central and northeast of the low wages, larger wage gap between regions; (3) from the perspective of the spatial pattern of the wage gap, we found that China's wage in space has obvious agglomeration, from 2001 to 2010, the number of prefecture level administrative region agglomeration is increasing, the salary that industrial agglomeration and regions have obvious spatial correlation; (4) using the least squares method to analyze the variables of the regression model, the study shows that industrial agglomeration is more conducive to raising the level of wages, and the influence of the eastern region than More significant. The eastern region industrial agglomeration on the wage elasticity coefficient is 0.1916, the other three major areas of industrial agglomeration also has significant positive effect on wages. Therefore, narrowing the wage gap between regions can start from the regional balance of industrial agglomeration level, combined with regional characteristics, to establish appropriate industrial parks.
