文章摘要:【目的】針對三江源生態(tài)移民和玉樹災(zāi)后恢復(fù)重建中出現(xiàn)的問題,構(gòu)建了三江源自然保護(hù)區(qū)庭院生態(tài)經(jīng)濟(jì)模式,并對其效益進(jìn)行分析。【方法】在實地調(diào)查三江源自然保護(hù)區(qū)自然條件、社會經(jīng)濟(jì)和生活習(xí)俗的基礎(chǔ)上,分析了構(gòu)建三江源庭院生態(tài)經(jīng)濟(jì)模式的基本原理,構(gòu)建了以太陽能輔助沼氣系統(tǒng)為主的庭院生態(tài)經(jīng)濟(jì)模式,并對其成本和效益進(jìn)行了分析。【結(jié)果】三江源區(qū)庭院生態(tài)經(jīng)濟(jì)模式有效地將三江源區(qū)種植業(yè)、養(yǎng)殖業(yè)、加工業(yè)和農(nóng)戶聯(lián)系起來,庭院生態(tài)經(jīng)濟(jì)系統(tǒng)總體成本為7~8萬元,核定使用壽命為20年,年收入為8萬元,經(jīng)濟(jì)效益可觀。根據(jù)估算,20 m3的沼氣池每年可以產(chǎn)生1 000 m3的清潔的生物燃?xì),太陽能加熱裝置每年可以轉(zhuǎn)化35 000~45 000 MJ的太陽能,每年產(chǎn)生40 t左右的沼肥,,完全處理掉人糞尿、畜禽糞便;減少CO2排放5 000 kg,SO2排放30 kg;設(shè)施化養(yǎng)殖每戶每年可有效保護(hù)草地面積20 hm2,生態(tài)效益明顯;在社會效益方面,改變傳統(tǒng)的游牧生活為定居后,不僅有利于居民點的統(tǒng)一規(guī)劃和建設(shè),而且還有利于提升牧民的生活水平、教育條件和醫(yī)療條件!窘Y(jié)論】構(gòu)建的庭院生態(tài)經(jīng)濟(jì)模式在三江源區(qū)經(jīng)濟(jì)、生態(tài)和社會效益明顯,很適合該區(qū)域自然、經(jīng)濟(jì)、社會的發(fā)展,對解決移民搬遷點的民生問題具有重要的指導(dǎo)價值。
Abstr:【Objective】A courtyard ecological economic model was built for the nature preservation zone in the source region of Yangtze River,Yellow River and Lancang River (SYYL) and its benefit was evaluated to improve the ecological migration and reconstruction after Yushu earthquake.【Method】Based on the investigation on natural conditions,economic activities and social customs,the basic principles for the construction of courtyard ecological economic model was analyzed,solar assisted biogas based courtyard economic system was constructed,and its cost and benefit were evaluated.【Result】The built courtyard ecological economic model would effectively combine the crop farming,animal husbandry,processing industry and the farmers.The overall cost of courtyard ecological economic system was 70 000-80 000 Yuan,with a life time of more than 20 years and annual income of 80 000 Yuan,which was substantial economic benefit.The 20 m3 biogas pool could produce 1 000 m3 clean biological gas annually,and the solar heating device could generate 35 000-45 000 MJ annually.40 t biogas fertilizers could be generated while completely disposing human waste and livestock manure.As a result,emissions of 5 000 kg CO2 and 30 kg SO2 could be avoided.Using household breeding facilities,each family could effectively protect 20 hm2 grassland.In addition to economic and ecological benefits,the system could also change the farmers from nomadic life to settled life,improve the unified planning and construction for residential sites,and enhance the living, education and health care of herdsmen.【Conclusion】The built courtyard ecological economic model has significant economic,ecological and social benefits in SYYL.It is suitable to the nature,economy and society of SYYL an
