【摘要】：基于農(nóng)村集體建設(shè)用地集約利用的內(nèi)涵,構(gòu)建了一套評價農(nóng)村集體建設(shè)用地利用集約度的指標體系,并以江蘇省蘇南、蘇中、蘇北的12個行政村為例,采用灰色關(guān)聯(lián)與主成分分析方法對各行政村集體建設(shè)用地利用的集約度進行了對比分析。分析結(jié)果表明:蘇南地區(qū)的農(nóng)村集體建設(shè)用地利用的集約度較高,而位于蘇北地區(qū)的農(nóng)村集體建設(shè)用地利用的集約度則相對較低,蘇中地區(qū)在兩者之間,整體上與江蘇省區(qū)域經(jīng)濟的發(fā)展水平相符;從近郊與遠郊的農(nóng)村集體建設(shè)用地集約利用水平來看,兩種評價方法測算的集約度雖有所差異,但兩種方法對于近遠郊的排序是基本一致的,呈現(xiàn)的趨勢是近郊農(nóng)村集體建設(shè)用地利用集約度高于遠郊的。研究表明,兩種方法所得的農(nóng)村集體建設(shè)用地利用的集約度大致相似,在近郊遠郊空間分布以及蘇南、蘇中、蘇北的區(qū)域差異所呈現(xiàn)出的規(guī)律性,可為制定促進區(qū)域農(nóng)村經(jīng)濟發(fā)展和提高農(nóng)村建設(shè)用地的集約利用水平等相關(guān)的宏觀政策提供參考依據(jù)。
[Abstract]:Based on the connotation of intensive utilization of rural collective construction land, this paper constructs a set of index system to evaluate the intensity of rural collective construction land use, and takes 12 administrative villages in southern Jiangsu, central Jiangsu and northern Jiangsu as examples. The intensive degree of collective construction land use in each administrative village is compared and analyzed by means of grey correlation and principal component analysis. The results show that the intensity of rural collective construction land use in southern Jiangsu is higher, while that in northern Jiangsu is relatively low, and that in central Jiangsu is between the two. On the whole, it is consistent with the development level of regional economy in Jiangsu Province. According to the intensive utilization level of rural collective construction land in suburbs and suburbs, although the intensity calculated by the two evaluation methods is different, the order of the two methods is basically the same for the suburbs. The trend is that the intensive use of rural collective construction land in the suburbs is higher than that in the suburbs. The results show that the intensity of rural collective construction land use obtained by the two methods is about the same, and the spatial distribution in the suburbs and the regional differences between southern Jiangsu, central Jiangsu and northern Jiangsu show the regularity. It can provide a reference for the formulation of macro policies to promote the development of regional rural economy and improve the intensive use of rural construction land.
