【摘要】：正日前,荊門石化油品質(zhì)量升級(jí)及適應(yīng)性改造項(xiàng)目核準(zhǔn)得到湖北省發(fā)展和改革委員會(huì)的批復(fù),標(biāo)志著該項(xiàng)目可以正式啟動(dòng)。該項(xiàng)目將新建和改擴(kuò)建裝置10套,全面提高企業(yè)產(chǎn)能,提升油品質(zhì)量。核準(zhǔn)批復(fù)指出該項(xiàng)目建設(shè)符合《煉油產(chǎn)業(yè)發(fā)展"十二五"規(guī)劃》、《石化產(chǎn)業(yè)規(guī)劃布局方案》和國(guó)家發(fā)展改革委員會(huì)《大氣污染防治成品油質(zhì)量升級(jí)行動(dòng)計(jì)劃》要求,對(duì)進(jìn)一步優(yōu)化產(chǎn)品結(jié)構(gòu)、保障供應(yīng)、提高油品質(zhì)量、推進(jìn)先進(jìn)煉油產(chǎn)能建設(shè)、促進(jìn)湖北及周
