【摘要】：作為高等教育結(jié)構(gòu)調(diào)整的重要著力點和突破口,轉(zhuǎn)型發(fā)展已經(jīng)上升為國家戰(zhàn)略。黑龍江省高教強省的"1161"工程建設(shè)的試點院校——黑龍江工程學(xué)院在向新型本科院校的轉(zhuǎn)型發(fā)展、培養(yǎng)應(yīng)用型人才的道路上,超前思考,大膽實踐,以提升服務(wù)區(qū)域經(jīng)濟和社會發(fā)展能力為前提,以重構(gòu)課程體系教學(xué)內(nèi)容為基礎(chǔ),以創(chuàng)新人才培養(yǎng)模式、提高教學(xué)質(zhì)量為主線,以產(chǎn)教融合、校企合作、校校合作為途徑,以"雙師雙能型"隊伍建設(shè)為重點,找到了一條符合自身特點、具有地方特色的內(nèi)涵發(fā)展、特色發(fā)展并與經(jīng)濟社會發(fā)展緊密結(jié)合的培養(yǎng)應(yīng)用型人才之路。
[Abstract]:As an important focal point and breakthrough in the structural adjustment of higher education, the transformation and development has become a national strategy. Heilongjiang Institute of Engineering, the pilot university of the "1161-year" project construction of Heilongjiang Province's higher education and strong province, is thinking ahead of time and boldly practicing on the road of transforming into a new type of undergraduate college and training applied talents. On the premise of promoting the ability of serving regional economy and social development, on the basis of reconstructing the teaching content of curriculum system, with the innovation of talent training mode and the improvement of teaching quality as the main line, with the integration of production and education, the cooperation between schools and enterprises, and the cooperation between schools and schools as the way, Focusing on the construction of "dual-division and dual-energy" team, we have found a way to train applied talents, which is in line with its own characteristics and has local characteristics, characteristic development and close combination with economic and social development.
