【摘要】：針對高等職業(yè)教育專業(yè)結(jié)構(gòu)與區(qū)域經(jīng)濟發(fā)展協(xié)調(diào)性問題,通過建立相關(guān)生產(chǎn)函數(shù)模型,以無錫市數(shù)據(jù)為分析對象進行了實證分析。首先根據(jù)理論模型,并結(jié)合實際分析對象提出了適合本文的分析模型,然后進行數(shù)據(jù)整理,最后對模型進行了回歸分析。分析結(jié)果表明,無錫市高等職業(yè)教育近年來專業(yè)結(jié)構(gòu)對地區(qū)經(jīng)濟發(fā)展是具有顯著的正向影響作用,整體是合理的,但第二產(chǎn)業(yè)的人力資本除了數(shù)量上的提供,在技能水平、技術(shù)水平培養(yǎng)方面高職院校還有相當艱巨的重任。
[Abstract]:Aiming at the problem of coordination between the professional structure of higher vocational education and the development of regional economy, this paper makes an empirical analysis on Wuxi data by establishing the relevant production function model. According to the theoretical model and the actual analysis object, this paper puts forward the analysis model suitable for this paper, then carries on the data collation, finally carries on the regression analysis to the model. The results show that the professional structure of higher vocational education in Wuxi has a significant positive effect on the regional economic development in recent years, and the whole is reasonable, but the human capital of the secondary industry is provided in the skill level in addition to the quantity. In terms of technical level training, higher vocational colleges still have a rather arduous task.
