【摘要】：產(chǎn)業(yè)集群已經(jīng)成為當(dāng)今世界一種主流經(jīng)濟(jì)現(xiàn)象，在世界經(jīng)濟(jì)發(fā)展中的地位日益提升。世界各地通過(guò)發(fā)展具有區(qū)域競(jìng)爭(zhēng)優(yōu)勢(shì)的特色產(chǎn)業(yè)集群，形成強(qiáng)勁的地區(qū)或國(guó)際競(jìng)爭(zhēng)優(yōu)勢(shì)，極大地帶動(dòng)了區(qū)域經(jīng)濟(jì)的發(fā)展與創(chuàng)新。橡膠產(chǎn)業(yè)是國(guó)民經(jīng)濟(jì)發(fā)展中的重要產(chǎn)業(yè)，我國(guó)的橡膠產(chǎn)業(yè)大而不強(qiáng)，與發(fā)達(dá)國(guó)家相比還存在較大差距。以集群化成長(zhǎng)的方式帶動(dòng)我國(guó)橡膠產(chǎn)業(yè)轉(zhuǎn)型升級(jí),對(duì)我國(guó)橡膠產(chǎn)業(yè)國(guó)際競(jìng)爭(zhēng)力的提升具有重要的理論與現(xiàn)實(shí)意義。 本文以產(chǎn)業(yè)集群化成長(zhǎng)為切入點(diǎn),運(yùn)用產(chǎn)業(yè)集群理論、區(qū)域創(chuàng)新系統(tǒng)理論、全球價(jià)值鏈理論等經(jīng)濟(jì)學(xué)、管理學(xué)及化工技術(shù)與經(jīng)濟(jì)的相關(guān)理論與方法，分析了我國(guó)橡膠產(chǎn)業(yè)集群化成長(zhǎng)的動(dòng)因與條件，，同時(shí)還在對(duì)我國(guó)橡膠產(chǎn)業(yè)發(fā)展歷程回顧的基礎(chǔ)上，對(duì)我國(guó)橡膠產(chǎn)業(yè)發(fā)展趨勢(shì)進(jìn)行了預(yù)測(cè)，從而得出了集群化成長(zhǎng)是我國(guó)橡膠產(chǎn)業(yè)轉(zhuǎn)型升級(jí)的必然選擇的結(jié)論,并揭示了我國(guó)橡膠產(chǎn)業(yè)發(fā)展的歷史進(jìn)程與發(fā)展空間。論文在對(duì)橡膠產(chǎn)業(yè)集群化成長(zhǎng)能力內(nèi)涵與特征界定的基礎(chǔ)之上，構(gòu)建了橡膠產(chǎn)業(yè)集群化成長(zhǎng)能力評(píng)價(jià)模型，并對(duì)我國(guó)橡膠產(chǎn)業(yè)集群化成長(zhǎng)能力進(jìn)行了實(shí)證分析，進(jìn)而提出我國(guó)橡膠產(chǎn)業(yè)集群化成長(zhǎng)的路徑與對(duì)策建議。主要分為以下幾個(gè)部分： 第一部分是緒論與理論基礎(chǔ)。緒論介紹我國(guó)橡膠產(chǎn)業(yè)集群化成長(zhǎng)路徑研究的背景、目的與意義、國(guó)內(nèi)外研究綜述，并對(duì)本文的研究?jī)?nèi)容與創(chuàng)新點(diǎn)、研究方法與技術(shù)路線進(jìn)行描述；理論基礎(chǔ)部分先對(duì)相關(guān)概念進(jìn)行了界定，再對(duì)產(chǎn)業(yè)集群理論、區(qū)域創(chuàng)新理論、全球價(jià)值鏈理論等基本理論進(jìn)行了分析與研究，為后續(xù)的研究奠定了理論基礎(chǔ)。 第二部分是我國(guó)橡膠產(chǎn)業(yè)集群化成長(zhǎng)的動(dòng)因與條件分析。通過(guò)對(duì)我國(guó)橡膠產(chǎn)業(yè)集群化成長(zhǎng)的理論動(dòng)因與現(xiàn)實(shí)動(dòng)因的分析，得出集群化成長(zhǎng)是我國(guó)橡膠產(chǎn)業(yè)轉(zhuǎn)型升級(jí)的必然選擇的結(jié)論；闡述了我國(guó)橡膠產(chǎn)業(yè)集群化成長(zhǎng)的條件，為我國(guó)橡膠產(chǎn)業(yè)集群化成長(zhǎng)路徑的選擇提供了現(xiàn)實(shí)基礎(chǔ)。 第三部分是實(shí)證研究，包括兩章內(nèi)容。首先，對(duì)我國(guó)橡膠產(chǎn)業(yè)發(fā)展歷程進(jìn)行了分析，并運(yùn)用灰色預(yù)測(cè)模型對(duì)我國(guó)橡膠產(chǎn)業(yè)發(fā)展的趨勢(shì)進(jìn)行了預(yù)測(cè)，揭示了我國(guó)橡膠產(chǎn)業(yè)發(fā)展的歷史進(jìn)程和發(fā)展空間。其次，對(duì)我國(guó)橡膠產(chǎn)業(yè)集群化成長(zhǎng)能力進(jìn)行了評(píng)價(jià)與分析，在對(duì)橡膠產(chǎn)業(yè)集群化成長(zhǎng)能力內(nèi)涵界定的基礎(chǔ)上，構(gòu)建了橡膠產(chǎn)業(yè)集群化成長(zhǎng)能力的評(píng)價(jià)指標(biāo)體系，利用搜集到的相關(guān)數(shù)據(jù)，運(yùn)用多層次灰色關(guān)聯(lián)度評(píng)價(jià)法對(duì)我國(guó)主要地區(qū)橡膠產(chǎn)業(yè)集群化成長(zhǎng)能力進(jìn)行了評(píng)價(jià)與分析，為準(zhǔn)確把握我國(guó)橡膠產(chǎn)業(yè)集群化成長(zhǎng)路徑的優(yōu)勢(shì)與劣勢(shì)提供了實(shí)證依據(jù)。 第四部分是應(yīng)用研究，包括兩章內(nèi)容。首先指出了我國(guó)橡膠產(chǎn)業(yè)集群化成長(zhǎng)的路徑，在對(duì)我國(guó)橡膠產(chǎn)業(yè)集群化成長(zhǎng)路徑構(gòu)建的總體思路闡述的基礎(chǔ)上，提出了內(nèi)生驅(qū)動(dòng)與外部牽引“雙動(dòng)力”的我國(guó)橡膠產(chǎn)業(yè)集群化成長(zhǎng)路徑，即集群創(chuàng)新與嵌入全球價(jià)值鏈路線圖。其次提出了我國(guó)橡膠產(chǎn)業(yè)集群化成長(zhǎng)路徑實(shí)施的對(duì)策建議，包括加強(qiáng)政策引導(dǎo)與扶持、完善基礎(chǔ)設(shè)施建設(shè)、健全中介服務(wù)體系及推進(jìn)人才隊(duì)伍建設(shè)。 本文通過(guò)研究得到以下結(jié)論：我國(guó)橡膠產(chǎn)業(yè)發(fā)展正處在轉(zhuǎn)型升級(jí)的關(guān)鍵階段，走集群化成長(zhǎng)道路是我國(guó)橡膠產(chǎn)業(yè)發(fā)展的必由之路。集群創(chuàng)新與嵌入全球價(jià)值鏈?zhǔn)俏覈?guó)橡膠產(chǎn)業(yè)集群轉(zhuǎn)型升級(jí)的戰(zhàn)略選擇，政府的扶持和引導(dǎo)、社會(huì)化服務(wù)體系的完善以及集群基礎(chǔ)設(shè)施、制度文化等外部環(huán)境的營(yíng)造是我國(guó)橡膠產(chǎn)業(yè)集群成長(zhǎng)的根本保障。
