【摘要】:正2014年,《國務(wù)院關(guān)于加快發(fā)展現(xiàn)代職業(yè)教育的決定》中提出了"推進(jìn)職業(yè)教育資源跨區(qū)域、跨行業(yè)共建共享",有力推動(dòng)了高職院校共享型實(shí)訓(xùn)基地建設(shè)的發(fā)展,但如何使實(shí)訓(xùn)基地適應(yīng)區(qū)域經(jīng)濟(jì)發(fā)展要求,面向社會(huì)開放,實(shí)現(xiàn)區(qū)域資源共享,特別是建立深入持續(xù)有效的運(yùn)行機(jī)制,還需深入研究與實(shí)踐。與此同時(shí),為適應(yīng)我國經(jīng)濟(jì)轉(zhuǎn)型發(fā)展以及行業(yè)產(chǎn)業(yè)結(jié)構(gòu)優(yōu)化升級(jí)要求,2015年教育部等三部委印發(fā)《關(guān)于引導(dǎo)部分地方普通本科高校向應(yīng)用型轉(zhuǎn)變的指導(dǎo)意見》,引導(dǎo)轉(zhuǎn)型院校將主要任務(wù)放在培養(yǎng)大量應(yīng)用型
[Abstract]:Just in 2014, the decision of the State Council on speeding up the development of modern vocational education put forward the idea of "promoting the cross-regional construction and sharing of vocational education resources," which has contributed to the development of the construction of shared training bases in higher vocational colleges. However, how to adapt the training base to the requirements of regional economic development, to face the social opening, to realize the sharing of regional resources, especially to establish a deep, sustainable and effective operation mechanism, still needs further research and practice. At the same time, in order to meet the requirements of China's economic transformation and development as well as the optimization and upgrading of industrial structure, the Ministry of Education and other three ministries issued in 2015 the guiding opinions on guiding some local colleges and universities to turn into application-oriented ones. Guiding institutions in transition to focus on training a large number of applications
