【摘要】：文章在詳細介紹克拉運河項目產(chǎn)生及發(fā)展的基礎上,客觀分析了修建克拉運河對中國和泰國的戰(zhàn)略意義,對世界經(jīng)濟發(fā)展和政治格局帶來的影響,以及當前該項目建設面臨的風險與挑戰(zhàn)。本文認為,我國必須堅持以建設21世紀海上絲綢之路為戰(zhàn)略契機,以多邊合作組織為建設平臺,以"風險共擔、利益共享、互利共贏"為合作原則,以"中國-東盟"區(qū)域合作組織為政治保障,以亞洲基礎設施投資銀行和"絲路基金"為金融支撐,共同推動區(qū)域經(jīng)濟一體化深入發(fā)展,促進亞太自貿(mào)區(qū)早日建成。
[Abstract]:On the basis of introducing in detail the emergence and development of the Clay Canal project, the paper objectively analyzes the strategic significance of the construction of the Canal to China and Thailand, and its impact on the world economic development and political pattern. And the current project construction risks and challenges. This paper holds that China must take the construction of the 21st Century Maritime Silk Road as a strategic opportunity, take the multilateral Cooperation Organization as the platform, and take "risk sharing, benefit sharing, mutual benefit sharing" as the cooperation principle. With the China-ASEAN regional cooperation organization as the political guarantee, the Asian Infrastructure Investment Bank and the Silk Road Fund as the financial support, we will jointly promote the in-depth development of regional economic integration and promote the early establishment of the Asia-Pacific Free Trade area.
