【摘要】：中國經(jīng)濟(jì)的發(fā)展在區(qū)域上呈現(xiàn)出明顯的不均衡性，，而這種差異性也同樣體現(xiàn)在建筑產(chǎn)業(yè)。目前，建筑產(chǎn)業(yè)已經(jīng)成為中國的第四大支柱產(chǎn)業(yè)，提升其產(chǎn)業(yè)的競爭力是促進(jìn)區(qū)域經(jīng)濟(jì)發(fā)展最為有效的途徑。然而，區(qū)域建筑產(chǎn)業(yè)差異性的長期存在和過分?jǐn)U大不僅導(dǎo)致了建筑產(chǎn)業(yè)生產(chǎn)效率普遍偏低、呈現(xiàn)出梯次發(fā)展的趨勢，而且也不利于資源的有效配置。因此，系統(tǒng)、全面、科學(xué)地分析建筑產(chǎn)業(yè)生產(chǎn)效率變化趨勢及其影響機(jī)理，對優(yōu)化產(chǎn)業(yè)結(jié)構(gòu)，提高建筑產(chǎn)業(yè)的競爭力，促進(jìn)中國建筑產(chǎn)業(yè)生產(chǎn)效率的整體協(xié)調(diào)發(fā)展有著重要的理論價(jià)值和現(xiàn)實(shí)意義。 本文的目的在于提出一套系統(tǒng)的研究方法實(shí)現(xiàn)建筑產(chǎn)業(yè)生產(chǎn)效率指標(biāo)的選取、建筑產(chǎn)業(yè)TFP變化的度量、趨勢以及影響機(jī)理的空間分析。為此，本文首先采用現(xiàn)金增加值法和面板數(shù)據(jù)模型組合的方法篩選出建筑產(chǎn)業(yè)投入和產(chǎn)出指標(biāo)，并利用DEA-Malmquist指數(shù)法測算出2001-2011年中國區(qū)域建筑產(chǎn)業(yè)生產(chǎn)效率變化。然后，利用變異系數(shù)、Moran散點(diǎn)圖和趨同效應(yīng)指數(shù)分別從差異性、相關(guān)性、趨同性三個(gè)角度深入分析東、中、西三大區(qū)域及其區(qū)域內(nèi)部建筑產(chǎn)業(yè)生產(chǎn)效率變化趨勢。最后，在構(gòu)建出建筑產(chǎn)業(yè)生產(chǎn)效率變化影響因素的基礎(chǔ)上，利用GWR模型系統(tǒng)分析各影響因素對建筑產(chǎn)業(yè)生產(chǎn)效率變化的作用機(jī)理，進(jìn)而提出相應(yīng)的改善措施和建議。 研究發(fā)現(xiàn)中國建筑產(chǎn)業(yè)生產(chǎn)效率變化的差異性在不斷增大；建筑產(chǎn)業(yè)TFP變化一直存在著空間自相關(guān)和空間異質(zhì)性，但尚未形成較為穩(wěn)定的空間格局；三大區(qū)域的建筑產(chǎn)業(yè)TFP變化存在著趨同效應(yīng)，且這種效應(yīng)在任意兩個(gè)區(qū)域間存在明顯的波動(dòng)性。在影響因素方面，經(jīng)濟(jì)環(huán)境、建筑產(chǎn)業(yè)組織結(jié)構(gòu)和技術(shù)水平三類影響因素對中國建筑產(chǎn)業(yè)生產(chǎn)效率變化有著顯著的作用效果，且各大區(qū)域受到建筑產(chǎn)業(yè)組織結(jié)構(gòu)的作用機(jī)理又呈現(xiàn)出差異性。
[Abstract]:China's economic development shows obvious imbalance in the region, and this difference is also reflected in the construction industry. At present, the construction industry has become the fourth pillar industry in China, and the most effective way to promote the development of regional economy is to improve the competitiveness of the industry. However, the long-term existence and excessive expansion of regional construction industry differences not only lead to the construction industry production efficiency is generally low, showing the trend of ladder development, but also not conducive to the effective allocation of resources. Therefore, a systematic, comprehensive and scientific analysis of the trend of production efficiency of the construction industry and its influence mechanism, to optimize the industrial structure, improve the competitiveness of the construction industry, It is of great theoretical and practical significance to promote the overall coordinated development of the production efficiency of China's construction industry. The purpose of this paper is to put forward a set of systematic research methods to realize the selection of production efficiency index of construction industry, the measurement of TFP change in construction industry, the trend and the spatial analysis of influence mechanism. Therefore, this paper first uses the method of cash added value and panel data model combination method to screen out the input and output index of construction industry, and calculates the production efficiency change of China's regional construction industry from 2001 to 2011 by using DEA-Malmquist index method. Then, the variation coefficient, Moran scatter plot and convergence effect index are used to analyze the trend of the production efficiency of the construction industry in the east, the middle and the west respectively from the three angles of difference, correlation and convergence. Finally, on the basis of constructing the influencing factors of the production efficiency of the construction industry, this paper systematically analyzes the mechanism of the influence factors on the change of the production efficiency of the construction industry by using GWR model, and then puts forward the corresponding improvement measures and suggestions. The research found that the difference of the production efficiency of Chinese construction industry is increasing, the change of construction industry TFP has always existed spatial autocorrelation and spatial heterogeneity, but has not yet formed a more stable spatial pattern; The change of TFP of construction industry in the three regions has the effect of convergence, and this effect is obviously fluctuating between any two regions. In terms of influencing factors, the economic environment, the structure of the construction industry and the level of technology have significant effects on the change of the production efficiency of China's construction industry. Moreover, the mechanism of the structure of the construction industry is different in different regions.
