【摘要】：在快速消費(fèi)食品市場(chǎng)不斷繁榮發(fā)展的前提下,博天糖業(yè)股份有限公司張北分公司籌劃搬遷建設(shè),符合區(qū)域經(jīng)濟(jì)發(fā)展目標(biāo)的要求。本項(xiàng)目的建設(shè),具備技術(shù)領(lǐng)先、規(guī)模大、起點(diǎn)高、經(jīng)濟(jì)效益輻射范圍廣等特點(diǎn),變地區(qū)資源優(yōu)勢(shì)為經(jīng)濟(jì)優(yōu)勢(shì),能積極引導(dǎo)當(dāng)?shù)氐慕?jīng)濟(jì)結(jié)構(gòu)調(diào)整,帶動(dòng)當(dāng)?shù)剞r(nóng)業(yè)以及其他相關(guān)產(chǎn)業(yè)如養(yǎng)殖業(yè)及運(yùn)輸業(yè)等的快速穩(wěn)定發(fā)展,并提升該地區(qū)農(nóng)業(yè)產(chǎn)業(yè)化的發(fā)展步伐。 本論文運(yùn)用了經(jīng)濟(jì)評(píng)價(jià)和財(cái)務(wù)分析理論,對(duì)博天糖業(yè)股份有限公司張北分公司糖廠搬遷項(xiàng)目做進(jìn)行了詳細(xì)地評(píng)價(jià)。首先在第一章里介紹了項(xiàng)目的背景,比如：項(xiàng)目的承辦單位、和建設(shè)條件等,提出了項(xiàng)目建設(shè)的必要性及項(xiàng)目建設(shè)有利條件。其次從理論上闡述了項(xiàng)目管理的概念,項(xiàng)目評(píng)價(jià)的內(nèi)容和常見的評(píng)價(jià)方法等。再次,對(duì)項(xiàng)目所涉及的產(chǎn)品的市場(chǎng)狀況進(jìn)行詳細(xì)分析,驗(yàn)證了項(xiàng)目建設(shè)的必要性。接著,詳細(xì)介紹了項(xiàng)目建設(shè)規(guī)模和方案,然后從經(jīng)濟(jì)效益和社會(huì)效益方面對(duì)項(xiàng)目投資的可行性進(jìn)行了評(píng)價(jià),最后得出結(jié)論：本項(xiàng)目是切實(shí)可行的。
[Abstract]:With the rapid development of consumer food market, Zhang Bei Branch of Botian Sugar Co., Ltd. plans to move and build, which meets the requirements of regional economic development. The construction of the project has the characteristics of leading technology, large scale, high starting point, wide range of economic benefits and so on. It can transform regional resource advantages into economic advantages, and can actively guide the local economic structure adjustment. To promote the rapid and stable development of local agriculture and other related industries, such as aquaculture and transportation, and to promote the development of agricultural industrialization in the region. Based on the theory of economic evaluation and financial analysis, this paper makes a detailed evaluation on the relocation project of sugar factory in Zhangbei Branch of Botian Sugar Industry Co., Ltd. In the first chapter, it introduces the background of the project, such as the undertaking unit of the project, and the construction conditions, and puts forward the necessity of the project construction and the favorable conditions of the project construction. Secondly, the concept of project management, the content of project evaluation and common evaluation methods are expounded theoretically. Thirdly, the market situation of the products involved in the project is analyzed in detail, which verifies the necessity of the project construction. Then, the project construction scale and scheme are introduced in detail, and the feasibility of the project investment is evaluated from the aspects of economic and social benefits. Finally, the conclusion is drawn that the project is feasible.
