【摘要】：隨著全球服務(wù)業(yè)的發(fā)展,服務(wù)貿(mào)易的重要性日益凸顯。世界各國紛紛積極發(fā)展服務(wù)貿(mào)易,各種區(qū)域經(jīng)濟協(xié)定也逐漸將服務(wù)貿(mào)易視為主要議題,實現(xiàn)服務(wù)貿(mào)易自由化是大勢所趨。然而,服務(wù)貿(mào)易受到大量壁壘的阻礙,服務(wù)貿(mào)易壁壘繁多復(fù)雜,量化數(shù)據(jù)也較難獲得,導(dǎo)致有關(guān)研究困難重重。本文從量度服務(wù)貿(mào)易壁壘的限制性及其稅收等價/關(guān)稅等價這兩方面對現(xiàn)有研究進展進行述評,并對當前服務(wù)貿(mào)易壁壘數(shù)據(jù)庫予以介紹,這對未來發(fā)展和應(yīng)用服務(wù)貿(mào)易壁壘的量度研究具有重要意義。
[Abstract]:With the development of global service industry, the importance of service trade is becoming more and more important. Countries all over the world have actively developed trade in services, and various regional economic agreements have gradually regarded trade in services as the main topic. Liberalization of trade in services is the trend of the times. However, trade in services is hindered by a large number of barriers, the barriers to trade in services are numerous and complex, and quantitative data are difficult to obtain. This paper reviews the current research progress from the aspects of measuring the restriction of barriers to trade in services and its tax equivalence / tariff equivalence, and introduces the current database of trade barriers in services. This is of great significance to the future development and application of the measurement of barriers to trade in services.
