【摘要】：提高人才培養(yǎng)能力,培養(yǎng)適應區(qū)域經(jīng)濟社會發(fā)展所需人才是地方高水平大學建設之要義。以提高人才培養(yǎng)能力為邏輯起點的地方高水平大學建設的對策主要有:以創(chuàng)新為導向,重塑本科教學體系;以學生發(fā)展為導向,強化學科建設;強力推進產(chǎn)教深度融合;強化大學文化育人功能;明確服務導向,創(chuàng)新管理育人機制。
[Abstract]:It is the key of the construction of the local high level university to improve the ability of talent training and to train the talents needed to adapt to the development of regional economy and society. The countermeasures of the construction of local high level universities with the logical starting point of improving the talent training ability are as follows: innovation-oriented, reshaping the undergraduate teaching system, strengthening the discipline construction with the guidance of the students' development, pushing forward the deep integration of production and teaching strongly; Strengthen the function of university culture education, clarify the service orientation, and innovate the educational mechanism of management.
